Leon Hotel Brazzaville

1. Was told breakfast was served at 6am one day. 630am the next day. And 640 another time. The manager when confronted explained that breakfast was served at 6am. But neither day I went at 615am or 630am was breakfast buffet completely served. In fact at 725am they still had NOT completed the serving. The 2 late breakfasts caused me to be late on both days. I asked the manager for a 14000 CFA credit (the cost of breakfast). He refused. And on my third I checked again. STILL not serving on time. They simply are NOT professional 2. While I am not 100% sure I believe the shower water infected my ear. I want to a doctor on my last day in Brazzaville and found out I was diagnosed w Otitis. He asked if I had been swimming which I had not been. BUT. I shared with him how I’d been concerned about the smell of the water in my bathroom and shower. He speculated the dirty water gave me this infection. 3. Wi-Fi not that good. So Leon thanks for getting me sick and making me late 2 days in a row. Avoid this hotel if you like professionals.
