Hôtel Saphir

This is a unique hotel that is well located in the city, and near the waterfront. There are a lot of walkable restaurants in the neighborhood. Like most local hotels, some things work at the property and some don't. Wifi is very spotty, sometimes I got some service to work if I sat in the restaurant but not the rooms. Reports of hot water varied throughout the group, but it should not be relied upon. Rooms are pretty outdated and generally have quite a few bugs. Service from the staff in general is inconsistent, you can ask for things but they will never come. Other employees appear to have their act together more.
