This hotel is absolutely amazing, for the price you may expect less, but this hotel goes above and beyond. Since the moment you entered, Thomas in the front desk was absolutely kind and informative at our arrival. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the coffee is delicious, the bed were really comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool so much. The complementary breakfast is a big plus. I have 0 negative comments about our stay.

My family and I booked only ONE day there after our Airbnb booking and honestly we were just better going back home. For starters, the people working the front desk area were so rude... On our booking it clearly stated that we had two non-smoking rooms because one of my kids have really bad asma. Yet again, the front desk did not care to help. We asked to please swap our rooms to non smoking and they just said “We only have those rooms available”... Very interesting because when we booked it online, it showed we grabbed two rooms without it, so it was very upsetting and confusing. No accommodations were given, and he even said “That is not my problem”... The whole night I had super bad migraines due to the awful strong smell of cigarettes and *********. I ended up getting really sick, throwing up all night because the rooms were just so filthy. My daughter who is 13 years old was coughing all night... Needless to say, you can’t expect too much out of a Motel; and I completely understand that, but given the situation that was our only option for convenience. Definitely save your money. It’s better to spend a little more money on a place more family friendly.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. When we walked in, we were surprised they had signs up apologizing for ”6 months” construction that started early May...this was last weekend in December?!? It looked like they had several more months work ahead of them. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the updated rooms, however our mini frig. sat ”wonky”, hated the pillows & bathroom sliding door was very difficult to open. The bathroom fan was SUPER loud & didn't have a separate switch, so it came on every time you turned on the light. I don't understand why they didn't install a separate fan switch- especially when getting up during the night to use the bathroom & that LOUD fan comes on waking everyone else in the room?!? Our room was clean, but only 2 tissues in the box- we had to go steal a box off the housekeeping cart. Their free breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, make your own waffles, breads, pastries, yogurt, juice & coffee. Restaurant area under construction so moved to a conference room. Will probably be nice when finished, but probably not up to normal Hilton standards & ADD A SEPARATE FAN SWITCH in the bathroom!!!

A very nice business hotel for the those business travelers like us. The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is free and has an acceptable quality. It also serves free coffee and hot water at the lobby. The only issue is the hotel has some distance to the business area so you may need to take a uber to eat out.
