The Royal Hotel and Leisure Centre
3.4/525 Reviews
This time, I went to the Buri Royal Hotel and Leisure Center to surprise me and my companions. The room is not very big, but the materials used are very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from the train station. The 185 bus of Powerscourt Manor is at the door of the hotel, but it is an hour. I have to count the time. There is a hotel waiter who is not very enthusiastic and has no smile. It is said that after three o'clock stay, it will be extended for another half an hour. Handling, people are very angry, others are fine, in addition, Bray has a direct bus to and from Dublin Airport, one hour a week, the journey is almost an hour.
The Strand Hotel, the Former Residence of Oscar Wilde

We stayed for one night. For a very expensive hotel it was very poor value. Bed was hard as where the rock hard pillows. Blind on window fell down crash as I was unfurling it. Bed sheet was torn. When you opened the drawer of the table it nearly toppled over. No bin in bathroom and no sign of hairdryer. We ordered breakfast for two of us in restaurant and both came on one plate. When my partner complained one poached egg on a plate came back much later!!! Coffee was good although they charged for seconds ( which we didn’t mind). Overall a rather tacky “Fawlty Towers” experience for top money charged!!! Also very steep stairs to rooms and no lift!!!
