Clean structure, poor reception service, we asked for the breakfast package on the last day as we were leaving very early, they said yes then on the day of departure there was no breakfast. Poor breakfast, low quality.

근데 진짜 룸빼고 아무것도 없어요
샴푸도 바디워시 겸용이라 챙겨가시는 거 추천하고
룸슬리퍼나 면도기 치약 칫솔 하나도 없어서 챙겨야해요
치약칫솔은 카운터에서 구매가능한 것 같던데 제가 갔을땐 다 떨어졌다고 옆에있는 마트알려줬어요ㅜㅜ

The location is convenient, very close to the bus station and the castle. It is recommended to take a Bolt taxi directly from the airport to the hotel, which is less than 10 euros. Location was a few minutes from old town and on the way to Bratislava castle. A great location. Friendly staff and easy check in.
