The waitress at cafe were great, good service. Clean room. Even the guest public toilets were super clean . Good location just opposite the river with magnificient view of boats and ferries passing by.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Danube. You can see the beautiful Danube from the hotel balcony. The breakfast is satisfactory. The lobby service attitude is very good. On the first night of check-in, I found that the hotel bedding was not clean. I informed the front desk early the next morning and all the bedding was replaced in time. The attitude was good.

I stayed at Hotel Devín with my elderly father while accompanying my daughter to start her Slovak language program at the Faculty of Philosophy at Comenius University. The hotel’s location is excellent—right on the Danube with beautiful river views, just a 5-minute walk to Bratislava’s Old Town, and about a 10-minute walk to Comenius University. The property is very well maintained, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of both hot and cold options. The spa was spotless and peaceful, and I had an excellent massage during our stay. A special mention goes to the main gentleman at the restaurant—he was incredibly attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome and valued each morning. From the front desk to the restaurant and spa, the staff was warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location. It is located near Bratislava Castle, adjacent to the SNP Bridge. Several museums and a UFO observation platform are within walking distance, offering easy access to public transportation and the Danube River. Several river cruise options are available near the hotel. The staff is friendly and polite. The pool and sauna are outstanding. The water temperature in the pool was 29 °C. Great breakfast food. I will be back this year or next.

amazing location, right on the Danube and close to the center. the room was clean, cozy and with a beautiful view of the river - which was our surprise, as we got an upgrade to the room, for which we are very grateful. the breakfast was delicious, the staff very nice and helpful. we also really enjoyed the wellness, the pool and sauna were ideal for relaxing in the rainy weather
