Roset hotel is located within walking distance to the mall, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes,buses, tram. The rooms are spacious, clean, stayed in the executive suite. TV in living area and one in the bedroom. Daily housekeeping. Elevators, WIFI, 24 hr front desk staff. Breakfast buffet. Bed not comfortable. The couch was very comfortable. PROS Located in the city center CONS: 1. Paid parking across the street 20 euros per day. Can be confusing to get to initially. 2. No help with luggage 3. Breakfast buffet could have more options. 4. The tram runs in front of the hotel, the noise could bother some guests 5. Staff we encountered during check in was not welcoming. First impression was not good. 6 . The bathtub is high and you have to be careful climbing in and out. Overall experience was 8/10 . Location is a plus. Staff was kind enough to give us umbrellas to use when it was raining.

Great location, within walking distance to nearly everything you'd want to see. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful as were the people at breakfast. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very expensive hotel offers nothing special. The room was old all the furniture dated and ir was very cold in the room. The breakfast was very poor quality. The location of the hotel is qite good but all in all I did not have a good experience eith this five star hotel.

The hotel is right next to the tram, which was very loud all night. The hotel rooms are more expensive, but still not worth it. No free spa included; the whirlpools were fully booked. Breakfast was very small, with few seats; not recommended.

We stayed only one night in this wonderful property but it has remained in our hearts, located right in the center of Bratislava, from where you can easily walk to all the main attractions. Our room, a suite on the first floor, was very large, clean and equipped with every comfort (even bathrobes and slippers), the breakfast served in the basement in a splendid room was impeccable, from sweet to savory to drinks, everything was excellent. The reception staff were very kind and helpful (both before check-in and after check-out they kept our luggage in the storage room), the price was right for the type of services offered. Highly recommended hotel for a wonderful stay in Bratislava. See you soon.

A great place to be while visiting Bratislava. Super convenient location, exceptional rooms and penthouses, great service, very polite, smiling and helpful staff. We had a great stay at this hotel. Parking was a necessity for us, and it's very easy to access. The reception is a bit austere compared to the rest of the hotel, but you quickly move on once you discover the entire establishment and the magnificent rooms. The hotel is quiet, the staff very attentive, and the breakfast perfect. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the tourist center. Everything is within walking distance, and Bratislava is magnificent; a wonderful discovery. A hotel to recommend!

Great hotel in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the old city which has numerous restaurants. Very clean hotel, great comfortable bed and powerful shower. Noise from trams were no issue for us and we stayed at the front of hotel. AC was good Wi-Fi excellent. Hotel staff very friendly and very informative. Breakfast was very good and waitresses very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
