The hotel is in a great location. The two large beds are very suitable for families with children. The lady at the front desk also speaks great English.

A good aparthotel in the very center of Bratislava. This was our second stay at this hotel. Nice, spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, kitchen, etc. However, on our recent trip we encountered poor service.
1) my colleagues and I were checked into our room 2 hours later than expected. Why? Because the hotel staff were very slow in cleaning the rooms. We saw this with our own eyes, having to wait literally at the door
2) when checking out they refused to give me a bill, although I asked for it and explained that it was required for reporting.
