The room was very luxurious and the bathroom was very big. I didn't know what was in the bathtub. It looked very clean. I put on my makeup and soaked in the bath for 15 minutes. Then there was a voice talking in my head. I felt very sleepy. I put on earplugs when I wanted to sleep. Those voices talked for almost a whole night, and my eyes were red when I woke up in the morning. Haha, it turned out that I accidentally entered xx's dojo.

The hotel is not a big hotel, but it should be considered good locally. The lobby of the hotel is not 10 points bright, but the design is acceptable. The front desk staff are all 10 points nice, and the rooms are also very designed. The felt and window sill are dirty. The breakfast restaurant is well designed and can be used as a punch-in place. The breakfast is also delicious. The overall feeling is not bad and comfortable.

What an exquisite experience! the staff is super helpful. Breakfast Buffet has lots of choices, from sparkling wine to home baked pastry and anything in between. Perfect location, right in the centre of Old Town (Stare Mesto) on the base of the Bratislava Castle. Note that Uber won't pick you up right at the hotel but few blocks away, that's fine everything is close. Even the train station (Hlavna Stanica).

Nice hotel perfectly placed in Bratislava. Exceptionally clean even though you have to ask for room to be cleaned . Offered free drink on arrival but had to be red or white wine . Couldn’t be substituted for water tea or coffee . Little information provided about area. Staff were a mixture of helpful and indifferent. Nice range of breakfast food but limited seeets

Die Lobby ist imposant; noch auf der Eingangstreppe ging unser Zimmer ab, fanden wir befremdlich; das Zimmer war riesig aber sehr dunkel, vergitterte Fenster direkt zur Straßenseite; Gepäck wagen war lediglich einer vorhanden; Frühstücksraum war in einem Gewölbe, leider kein Platz für 5 Personen und für die Größe des Hotels sehr klein; Auswahl vom Frühstück war mager, Marmelade in Plastik; der Charme der Fotos im Internet wird nicht gelebt; Dickes Plus ist die Lage, der Preis ist zu hoch

Excellent Hotel we have stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and cannot fault it. It really is the perfect spot for being close to main square,restaurants and bars. The staff are all so happy to help with any queries. Rooms are beautiful and well attended by housekeeping. The hotel has a lovely peaceful ambience after a long day's sightseeing and touring just perfect for a great night's sleep. All the staff are so helpful,polite and friendly. We hope we will get the chance to return to Bratislava and stay at your beautiful hotel again. Neil & Madeleine Duggan

The hotel was located directly across from the Church of the Annunciation. My window looked into the stain glass window of the church. The hotel location made sleeping with the window open a pleasure as there was absolutely no street noise. The breakfast was fresh and quite tasty. It featured hot items such as local sausage, eggs, potatoe pancakes and baked beans. The only issue I had was the bathroom. The bath tub had a sprayer to use it as a shower…but it was really meant to be used as a bathtub. If you are tall you will not fit under the spray shower head. If you are very short or old you will not be able to step over the wall of the bathtub. The entrance to the “Underground Balcony “ is a small door next to the luggage storage in the lobby. The front desk girls were so helpful and pleasant.
