The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from the historic centre.
Despite this, there were several points that made us quite unhappy with the hotel:
1. The heat inside the room was horrible, even if we turned on the air conditioning, it didn't work properly.
2. The air conditioning and the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so the heat and humidity stayed inside the room.
3. In addition, the room was very poorly soundproofed: at night we could hear other guests slamming doors.
4. The room was too small.
5. There were not enough plugs. There were no plugs on the bedside tables. There were a total of 3 plugs in the whole room.

It is within walking distance of the main attractions. The room is larger than the average Ibis, with chairs, tables and cabinets. The breakfast is satisfactory. There is air conditioning. The basic facilities are OK.

Nice hotel, but basic rooms. No cup or kettle in the room. Handy location for going to the castle. Near the old town.

Generally good stay. No water on the last day when we woke up. I get happens but staff didn’t seem concerned or provide anything to support guests. Location was good, right on the doorstep of the castle and close to the old town. We did use the trams but stops very close to the hotel.
