房間設施不能再老了。😞
尤其是那個浴室的噴頭，麻煩你們建議酒店能不能換一個新的，或者修一下。沒一個孔是好的，以至於能噴到的 不該噴到的 都濺的到處是。真的第一次見這麼老的酒店。設施太差了。
房間的插頭這些插座也設計不合理，也不靠在床邊。插了電腦就沒法充手機電，反正衹能充一個。
更奇葩的是，我們當地員工打電話説定兩間房，電話中説500雷亞爾給到了折扣，結果到店後我們當地員工付了550雷亞爾，我重新網上定了，酒店員工説不行，電話確認的不能取消，不然有罰款，我也是醉了，我問為什麼，我同樣還是住你酒店，又不是去別的地方，衹是我按照網上的價格來付錢，我網上也已經定了，也取消不了。最後搞了半小時不情願的 給我按照網上價格來結算。
非常差的一次入住體驗。以後也不會住。還什麼帝國，確實比較古老。

Hotel muito bem localizado, mas não oferece muita coisa ao hóspede. Não dá para acredita que um hotel num lugar desse, do tamanho dele, que recebe grandes eventos, em pleno 2025 não ter tomada nos quartos, sabonete no banheiro e muito menos secador de cabelo. Tem alguns na recepção, mas quando se consegue o pino é grosso e não entra nas duas únicas tomadas que tem no quarto e banheiro. E o hotel mesmo sabendo disso, não providencia adaptadores. Lamentável.

O que me fez escolher esse hotel foi a excelente localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Brasília, portanto não cheguei a criar espectativas! Pontos positivos foram a localização, café da manhã e o atendimento, equipe muito atenciosa. Já nos pontos negativos; foram o banheiro não tinha porta sabonete, o controle do ar condicionado estava quebrado! Quando eu for retornar para Brasília,pretendo sim retornar à este hotel.

Never again!
The hotel is falling to pieces and needs urgent refurbishing. My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients.
