The beds were really comfortable but the closet doors were broke and there was multiple railings falling off. Definitely not kid friendly.

Though the decor was dated (as you should expect for a condo rental), the property is well managed and a nice place to stay. During our stay (over spring break) the area was relatively quiet though parking was at a premium on Friday night. We rented a two bedroom and the place had everything needed for a comfortable stay of a few days or longer for sure.

I was so impressed. My family had stayed at Point ROYALE in the 90’s. I had not been back since my friend and I decided to stay there last October since it is an older property. I was not expecting much at all. It was absolutely gorgeous. I guess people have redone all of their condominiums. We had a two bedroom two bath condominium…the balcony overlooked a wooded area when we sat outback we could not see or hear other people. The parking area was right by the building. There are steps if you’re not on the ground floor so be aware of that if you aren’t able to walk up steps. The grounds are kept up beautifully. We meant to take pictures at the grounds, but we were always coming or going. We stayed four nights and we’re not ready to leave. We could’ve easily stayed two weeks there. I cannot wait to go back our condo is decorated beautifully. You will not be disappointed

Outdated Check in process is miles away from property, but was pleasant. Our unit was a bottom floor, our neighbors woke us up 2/3 nights after midnight stomping around. After calling our front desk we were told the unit above us isn’t with the same property and there’s nothing they could do, we should contact the police. The beds were very uncomfortable, we woke up with sore backs and necks. The master shower is a jacuzzi tub shower combo which could make it difficult for some to get in and out. The tub was filled with hair, ran out of hot water, our back door screen was off its hinges leaning against the wall. Over all the property is okay just outdated. We more than likely won’t stay again.

It was a nice, safe place. The view from the patio was nice. The lawn on the golf course was well taken care of. The squirrels were definitely entertaining. The stay was comfortable. The property had a few issues mostly small things. The patio door was hard to open which could be difficult for older occupants. The HVAC unit is on the porch which was a little loud since it is right outside the bedroom. We would stay there again. Parking was good which is great compared to many places.

Very Nice but needs a little TLC.. The place was nice & very clean however there was black mold growing out of all the A/C vents, bed was a little firm for Us & the headboard was disconnected from the frame needs proper fixing We put a bolt back in… for our stay. (Wish I knew the owner I’d suggest a few small changes & the place would be perfect!)

Noble get away Enjoyed the stay needed a few things repaired blinds were broke had to hang blanket over the window in one bedroom, recliner was broken down almost unsetable. But over all enjoyed our stay and will stay again
