Plumbing was slow to drain, carpet is nasty, beds and bedding is worn out. Check in was incredibly slow. Door had a 1 inch gap and only half of the light bulbs worked.On the other hand the bar and food was good.

Room 714 couldn’t take a shower it would spray water all over the bathroom burn holes in the mattress mattresses looked nasty I booked a queen size room and got full it’s hard to sleep with 2 bigger people in one bed and Niece took other bed

Isaac Sanchez waited on me via telephone to make reservations for an August 2025 vacation. He was very helpful and offered numerous suggestions on how to make my vacation better. Room was nice, but the shower is very very small in the Presidential Suite. The skylights in the bedroom make it uncomfortably warm. Living room was nice and cool. Had a large Jetted tub. Not much counter room in the bathrooms. Parking was kind of a problem. The Hotel is huge, so lots of cars. Ice machine was on tge opposite end of the Hallway and it is a LONG Hallway. Many rooms.

Hotel is hot. There is no air conditioning in the main areas - lobby, elevator area, and hallways. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The towels were nice but the water was luke warm and the shower curtain did not stretch across the rod. The breakfast was pretty bad. The eggs were powdered eggs, very dry. Only sausage, no bacon. No fresh fruit. Pool area was very small and dirty. Many pool chairs were broken. I suspect there are mold problems. I'm allergic to mold and my allergies were awful during my stay, but only when I was in the hotel. Not a great place, especially for $200 a night.

Cheapest room in Branson for a reason. Rooms are hot and smell like cheap air fresheners. Minimal parking and all sloped. Tiny pool that is smaller than a Days Inn. Air doesn’t cool anywhere in this building. No clue why it is called a resort because it is definitely not one.

It was horrible , the rooms was so nasty ! Not been vacuuming for a while, the tables/phone had not been dusted in a long time totally coated with dust/ I’m sure skin cells ! Rooms smell moldy And mattress cover has a huge blood stain we made them come ***** the bed , water was not hot or consistent! The hot tub floor was brown! ! The only thing I can say was good were the towels looked new ! Also the walls was filthy dirty and nasty hand prints etc ! Will never go back, it was the holiday for 4th 2025 so we didn’t have other options everything was full up ! I stayed here a few years ago two years in a row when it was the Radison and it was very clean ! I’d find other arrangements we had two rooms that cost us right at $800 for 2 nights two queens

The breakfast and amenities were good. The shower was never warm so showers were miserable. The floors were NOT clean at all. My daughter's feet were black from walking on the floors.
