Nope, don’t do it. It’s a lower price place but it’s not comfortable & has the weird smell. Hoped it was as nice as its entry/welcome desk. We had to ask to switch rooms after sitting down we felt the beds were damp, the room smelt damp and we realized the ceiling was spotted and the lampshade had water stains. They kindly let us move rooms and the next one was not as smelly or as damp - huge improvement but not ideal.

Enjoyed a 4 day get away with the kids in Branson. I found a good deal for the Welk Resort and was hoping it was as good as it looked. It was BETTER! The room was very clean, the pool was great, miniature golf was fun and room service was fast and priced reasonably.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even recommended some restaurants and stores for us to check out (and they were totally right on everything they suggested). The "splashatorium" was an extra ten dollars and it was totally worth it, a really nice heated indoor/outdoor pool with a waterslide. If running short on money it would be okay to pass but if you have the money I would highly recommend it, it is very relaxing. They even had a really cute mini golf course that was free for guests, it was a great course. Also they have a breakfast buffet for 7 dollars for kids and 9 dollars for adults, but we didn't try it, it didn't seem worth it to us. The location of the hotel was about five minutes from the *****, and fifteen minutes away from Silver Dollar City. For us, the location was perfect. Far away enough to be quieter and have pretty nature views, but close enough to not be a hassle. Over all fantastic hotel!

We had a good time. I really enjoyed the lemon water upon checking in. We took our 7 year old, 1 year old, and newborn to the Welks. They had a great time at the Splashatorium. Our 7 year old son met some new friends and played football at the pool with them. We ordered food and drinks by the pool. I recommend the martini because it’s strong. The room was okay. There was some staining on the floor and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. The website mentioned Tazo tea being in the room but it wasn’t in ours. I wouldn’t buy the breakfast. The staff was very nice but the food wasn’t very good. For example, the potatoes were really hard. Overall, we had a good time. We go there for the Splashatorium and have fun each time. The staff is always very friendly!

It's was advertised there was an inside pool with a slide. The lady up front was pretty much not apologetic. Sorry good luck getting a refund. Made my daughter cry. DO NOT expect a pool. Expect the staff to not care. Expect a mediocre room and bad service. Hey the toilet works though.

We loved the mini golfing! After we returned from eating we asked at the front desk if there were lights at the mini-golf area. He found the lights and when we walked out there he had a broom and took the time to sweep off all of the leaves from the holes…in the dark! They were so very friendly and accommodating! We loved it here!
