Club Wyndham Branson at The Falls

Had better experiences The condo was good and comfortable. Climbing stairs to the third floor was a little tough with luggage. Someone left raw shrimp in the refrigerator that we has to throw away to keep it from smelling. made us wonder if the condo had been cleaned before we arrived. Location was excellent for what we needed. The check-in was a little unorganized. We were charged $40.00 with no explanation as to what that was, only that it was refundable, but no refund given. The high pressure sales to purchase was very frustrating. They wouldn't take NO for an answer. I'm not sure we will stay at Wyndham again if we have to go through this whole process again. We stay at condo's periodically, never with this much hassle. Again, the room was comfortable and conveniently located. That part we liked. We learned that when promised no hassle it is an untruth. We got the impression that the only reason they let you stay there is to con you into buying their package.

never again Clean, but if you're not staying at the main club wyndham falls you miss out on a lot of activities. When you only have one can and your spouse has the car, this is a large complex the main club was 1 1/2 miles of us and registration was not at the same building, it made it a little confusing.

Great accommodations Everything was wonderful with the exception of the high pressure salesman encountered upon check-in.

Beautiful room and location We take 1-2 trips to Branson every year. This was our first time staying at Club Wyndham and we LOVED it. Quiet and away from the *****, but still within a 15-minute drive of everything. Phenomenal views of trees and hills. We did the one-bedroom condo, and it was HUGE. Confident that we'll only stay here in the future.

Great place for couples and families. My room was upgraded to a one bedroom with suite with full kitchen and washer/dryer, etc.

Not a convenient check in process. Check in location is a couples of miles from the actual room and the wait to get checked in took too long. Once checked in we were directed to another desk for wrist bands to be used as door room keys. Wristbands didn’t work. Thankfully the key cards issued at the first desk did work or we would have needed to drive back. The walls are really thin, was able to hear the folks and kids next door. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
