We first stayed at Grand Oaks nearly 30 years ago. We decided to stay here again for a quick family trip. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good! We had a room right next to the staircase and the door closing was very loud at night. But, we would definitely recommend.

Took 94 year old grandma to see David(amazing) Very nice staff and room One section has a indoor pool and hot tubes Another an outdoor pool The breakfast area was nice and the food was okay It was in a nice location but 76 is busy Went to 5 and dime and down town trolley (pizza for lunch)

As we entered room very off putting smell, Two days after we arrived home found a bed bug. Can't 100% say it was from there but certainly suspect so. Beware! Been fighting it ever since we got home with now an $1100 pest fee. Turned into a very expensive trip.

Very pleased with our stay here. Its location is quiet and just off the main part of town. Going to the different entertainment venues was a breeze. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast each morning was a big plus. We experienced sound nights sleep here - largely due to the quiet. The staff are polite and accommodating. We stayed six nights and it was so nice to come back to each evening after a full day of enjoying much of what Branson has to offer.

Hotel is one block off the 76 trip and the staff is amazing at the hotel. Mike I would assume the manager was a top notch fellow that went above and beyond and spoke to us every time he was there when we returned and asked how things went and were going and if we needed anything. the rest of the staff were very cordial and accomodating as well. Breakfast every day was great and never had a problem with this hotel i would highly recommend to any that are looking for a place in Branson Cousins from Louisiana stay here often and It is never a dissapointment

the hotel was ok, the biggest problem was no disabled parking, we returned around 10 after a show and couldn't find a disable parking place, the gentle man told us we could park in back and walk around, After explaining we couldn't walk that far the 2 clerks worked with us and found a parking place by the front door. the 2 clerks were great in helping but the hotel needs more than 1 disabled parking place

Great staff. Stayed here one night as part of Route 66. Minor issue at start when both room keys wouldn’t work. Staff were very quick in sorting out. Was really surprised with jacuzzi bath in room( Room 204). Was great for relaxation after a long days travelling. Breakfast was fine and started at 0630. There is a Walmart very close for those essentials. You will need the torch on your phone as the paths are very dark. Would stay again.

Our check in began pretty chaotic because ******* did not forward our reservation. Not the way to start our trip to Branson However, Cody was working the front desk and he turned our chaos into some sailing A BIG THANKS to Cody Would definitely stay again

Not impressed with this hotel. The price was really cheap and had good reviews, but we found the hotel to be run down, not very clean, and not great breakfast. The beds and bathroom were clean, but lots of stains on bedskirt, chairs, and carpet. The hallway and our room had an icky smell. There are two buildings and one has an outdoor pool and the other the indoor pool. Kind of a pain to get if you are not in that building. The indoor pool room was obscenely hot and stuff floating in the water. Staff were all very nice, but we just prefer nicer hotels.
