What a great place, well located, REALLY great views from the rooms on the front (they need balconies :-). Breakfast was a full breakfast (only missing yogurt) with waffles, biscuits/gravy, eggs/sausage, cereal, fruit and more. Big handicapped room with everything necessary for a pleasant stay when mobility is limited. Big step in shower with a built in seat and extra safety bars makes showering easy and safe. Nice people run the place too

After the diabolic GPS left me in the middle of the woods saying "you've reached your destination" I reentered the address and finally found the Rosebud Inn...Check in was easy, the "clerk" was very very young, child of the owners I presume; anyway it went smoothly, he explained everything clearly. The room was very large, with separate bathroom, fridge, microwave; decor a little bit dated, I don't mind as long as everything is clean and it was. Breakfast was good, with an attentive attendant (too bad it's disposable tableware )

Nice clean motel in a secluded area on a cliff near everything. Rooms were roomy and clean, no smells. We got bottom floor- Rm 105 front of motel, nice view. Liked being able to step out to car and walk around. Nice little park out back near woods. Staff was helpful, lady at front desk and young lady serving breakfast. I highly recommend this haven and great price.

The rooms were clean, I had an issue with the service. We were charged and extra $150 after paying for our room. We were not notified of this extra payment and when asked about it the clerk stated we would get the money back after we check out to make sure the room is smoke free. I do not smoke, but he kept referring to me as a smoker. I asked other occupants about the deposit and they stated they did not have one. When checking out the front desk clerk had to call her son down to ask what the $150 was for. If she didn’t know what it was for then why did the other clerk charge me?. I made sure to take pictures before I left. The breakfast was okay, but cold.

Dated hotel. It seems like this is average for the Branson area. We stayed 3 nights in room 203. There was a smell coming from the bathroom. We thought it was maybe sewer gas. We kept the exhaust fan on most of the time because of this. Bathroom floor/baseboards need updated. Cold air conditioning. Nice pool. Breakfast area was very busy all 3 mornings. Room was fairly clean except for the bathroom issues. I'll upload pics. The housekeeping was great. This place is in a perfect location. Landscaping is lovely with roses and plants and flowers. We will stay here again.

Great price for a family of four! Very comfortable accommodations, centrally located with friendly service. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy, but it was great for being included, tasty and adequate for us to start our day! We would definitely stay here again if we needed a hotel for a couple days. We typically stay in a condo via timeshare.

They were well prepared for our group of 52 senior adults. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had a good experience. Rooms were clean and everything was in good working order. Breakfast area was well stocked and we had a great experience. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The staff was welcoming upon our arrival and departure. The rooms were clean and big. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, cereals and hot coffee, orange juice. A great overall experience and we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Branson.

Hotel is somewhat hidden but that's what makes it great. Not far from the ***** but yet far enough away to feel like you are in the countryside. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were sufficient and had a small fridge for use. Comfortable beds and quiet hotel made for a nice stay.
