Our stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul was mixed.
The bathroom drainage was clogged, and the washing machine was extremely dirty, clearly not cleaned or maintained.
The air conditioner made a strange choking noise, and some lights and sockets in the room didn’t work properly.
However, the staff were very polite and helpful, and even though we arrived early, they didn’t charge extra.
They also changed our room to one with better facilities, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was still poor.

Absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful rooms and great amenities like pool, spa and gym.
Breakfast was good nothing extra ordinary. The services was top notch. Only negative is the location the nearest Tram station is 1km away which itself is not very well connected to the main attractions.

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

The hotel front desk boys and girls service is particularly good. The room was upgraded. The hotel is a garden-style hotel. The environment is great. The room is very hygienic. The room service room is also in place. The only downside is that the hotel air conditioning and cold air are all closed. The sun is still very hot in the morning. Hope to improve.

Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision. The service is excellent, and the facilities are great, truly meeting the standards expected of a five-star hotel. It's clean, quiet with good soundproofing, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It's not too far from two different subway stations, and there's a fantastic roasted duck restaurant called 'Su Xiaoya' right next door. It's also a short distance from Guomao, where you can go see the CCTV Tower!
