Let's face it Switzerland and Zurich aren't affordable for the budget traveller. So this accommodation isn't exactly value but it isn't too bad.
Location is good proximity to the train station (10 minutes walk) but to the historic quarter and the lake it's a little bit further (allow 25-30 mins). There's supermarkets located less than 50 metres away (across the street and up the road). Also plenty of places to get food or go to a bar.
The communication via email was prompt, timely and detailed. There's no reception here and you get instructions and codes to access things.
The room was an ok size but very spartan in regard to fittings or amenities. Think a clean, one star hotel and this is it. There's no kettle or AC but there's a hairdryer and TV.
Also note that it's on a busy road and the area is up and coming. This means traffic, people and cars. So it can get noisy. Even the Swiss people can be loud sometimes. I was lucky it wasn't a warm evening, so I could keep the window shut but if it was open, there would be enough noise to make it hard to fall asleep (and I was on the floor 3).

The location and facilities were good, and the self check-in process was convenient. However, the room had a very unpleasant smell, like ********* or something similar, which made the stay uncomfortable. This issue really affected the overall experience. If the cleanliness can be improved, it would be a much better place to stay.

12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night.

Good location, easy access by bus from zurich HB.  Well equipped with amenities which you can cook simple dishes.  

No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient.  And my room is near the road,  so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men  talking outside.

Arrived a little late, couldn't contact the front desk, the phone was not connected, borrowed a local's phone and called for half a day before I was able to solve the problem. It was freezing cold and windy and I stood downstairs waiting. There was no one there at 12 o'clock in the morning. The two girls were really a little scared. Everything else was fine

The location was a bit remote. There was a lot of smoking in the house and it smelled bad. The kitchen was lacking in ingredients.

But there is also a way to find the ￼ white ground line ￼ meter ． on the street can be parked for free until 9 am, and then continue for two hours ￼. In short, if you drive over, don't look like we stormed ￼ looking for a public parking lot in this area, you can't find it, put it on the street.
￼ There is no picky place to live. There is also a cute small terrace that is to study how to open the iron curtains for a while. It turned out that the switch was on the back of a wooden frame, not on the window.
The cleanliness is high, the space is large, the cabinet is very beautiful, and it is also equipped with a dishwasher, which is very convenient. This is our dinner. ￼ Everything is good. If you want to be picky, the two cooking pots are not very useful. I hope to finish these small things. It will be perfect. Next time I come to Zurich, I will live in this room, because the check-in is simple, he will give you a password and press the password key at the door and fall off, and there is a lock at the gate, the whole seat is safer, there is also an elevator Don't worry about luggage ￼. But on the last day, I have to leave ￼ and open this apartment and move to the hotel, because he has no luggage storage ￼

the location is 20 minutes tram from zurich HB, it is a studio with kitchen, bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator. it does not have air conditioner. and the front desk is usually not available. it is a large room. the only thing is the air conditioner, but the day I stay is not really hot

Like a homestay, with a separate kitchen, bathroom, living room, large space, complete facilities (except for cooking utensils in the kitchen may be lacking, such as the one we live in without a shovel, it is inconvenient to eat), clean and hygienic . You can pick up your keys on time and with your password. When you check out, you can put the keys into the key box. You have never seen a staff member. Going out is the 10-way tram between the airport and the Central Railway Station, which is very convenient.

Das Appartment ist geräumig und mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Weiter hat das Appartment sogar einen kleinen Balkon.
Perfekt um vor einem Flug dort zu übernachten oder ein zwei tage Zürich zu besichtigen.

The hotel was generally better than it was on the pictures it was very cool. It was a hard contact with the hotel owner because we didn't get access to BaselCard. The room is generally very clean and large and I am as happy as possible but the contact and the fact that you can enter and you have to leave without any concessions is not the best.

Pros:
✔ Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels.
Cons:
❌ The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, it seems previous guests smoked everywhere, despite strict no-smoking policy. This was very unpleasant.

Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment.
