The room itself was fine, the location was also convenient. However there was no hot water for the shower. Turns out there was a failure in the hot water system and whole facility had no hot water. That said it was still very disappointing that we were not able to take a proper shower for that night.

Booked a 3-rooms for my big family. The rooms were big and spacious and came with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc. The location was conveniently located to the beaches and lake. A 3mins drive will take you to the Bullock Island where you can catch crab, do your fishing and even catch a glimpse of dolphins if you are lucky. Overall, an excellent location to stay and pop by in Lakes Entrance.

There is no front desk, only one phone can contact the front desk, all in English. In addition, the chairs and tables in the room are very old. The spa bathtub is easy to use. Generally speaking, relative to the price, the price is average.

Nice and clean apartment with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Need to do pre check in with credit card. Check in between 2 and 4 pm otherwise need to pre arrange to collect keys. Public car park below apartment but secured car park is underground.

Very good and beautiful location.  Easy to find and facing beautiful sea and we had a nice walk at the beach. Just that the room is bit old but been refurbished.  We had a dinner at the hotel foods were pretty good.  I would go back again definitely.
