We had an outstanding stay at this hotel, where the staff’s warm, welcoming attitude and exceptional professionalism truly stood out. From check-in to departure, every request was handled promptly, efficiently, and with genuine courtesy, reflecting a high standard of service rarely found elsewhere. Their flexibility in arranging the shuttle service to suit our needs was greatly appreciated and made getting around effortless. The hotel’s prime location, within walking distance of the subway, bustling markets, and a large shopping mall, added to the convenience, while the clean, well-maintained rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a busy day.

The hotel provided fast pick-up from Pudong Airport (reserved using WeChat). It took us over an hour to clear immigration, and the driver patiently waited for us. It’s about a 20-minute drive north from PVG to the hotel, which is less than average for hotels in the airport area. The hotel is located in a very quiet, peaceful, and quaint resort. Although we could see airplanes approaching from the northeast, preparing for landing, we didn’t hear any airplane noise while in the room.

The hotel’s architecture is very unique. If you appreciate traditional Chinese Hui-style architecture, you’ll love the artistic and exquisite buildings with beautiful wood carvings. You’ll see courtyards with ponds, winding corridors, small bridges, and a river on the hotel property. Additionally, the resort features a lake with some water activities. It took my husband and me half an hour to stroll around the resort property. The walk was very relaxing and peaceful!

The staff have been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our room is on the second level with no elevator, and the two front desk ladies helped us carry one checked bag upstairs. They are so awesome! I have a sensitive sense of smell and noticed that the bedding didn’t smell as nice as I would like. After asking the staff to change to a new set of bedding, they happily accommodated my request, even though it was a bit late in the evening, around 8 PM. The housekeeping lady was also very professional, warm, and helpful. She even tried to help me fix the door lock. It didn’t affect my ability to use the privacy chain to lock the door, so I told the front desk to resolve the door lock issue after we checked out.

Their breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel in China, with many meat and vegetarian options. They even have vegetarian buns! The kitchen also provides freshly made wontons and noodles upon request. So delicious! Our checkout was supposed to be before 2 PM, but due to our departure flight delay, we had to stay at the hotel for another two hours. The manager offered to waive the late checkout fee for us. The hotel also offers airport drop-off upon reservation.

There is no restaurant in the hotel; however, there’s an independently run restaurant in the resort, which is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel buildings. Although the hotel accepts foreign credit cards, this independent restaurant wasn’t able to accept my Alipay (linked to a foreign Visa credit card), and they didn’t accept foreign credit cards either. My relative in China ended up using the QR code provided by the restaurant and paid for me online.

Given the hotel’s close proximity to the airport and its excellent service and environment, I would definitely recommend it to others and would return in the future.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's front desk! Their service was exceptionally warm and attentive. 
The hotel's facilities are a bit dated and showing their age. After a long day of exploring, I was already quite frustrated when the air conditioning became incredibly loud at night. 
But the front desk attendant was an absolute angel! Late at night, she not only helped me switch rooms but also carried my luggage. Seriously, how can anyone be so amazing at their job? 
I wish I could write a 1000-word rave review, but words simply aren't enough to express my gratitude. A massive thumbs up to the hotel's front desk team! Absolutely phenomenal! 👍🏻

The National Day is coming soon, and the hotel is full of National Day atmosphere. The room is clean and hygienic, the staff is enthusiastic, and it is only a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close and quiet at night. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the Longmen Grottoes by taxi. You can take the subway at the high-speed rail station to get to the museum. It is very convenient overall. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The takeaway is delivered to the room by robot. The self-service check-in machine at the front desk is super convenient to check in. Xiaodu in the room is very convenient to use. I will definitely continue to check in at this hotel on my next business trip

We recently stayed at a hotel near the Yongmen Grottoes and had an amazing experience. The receptionist , Ms Chang Ming Ming was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was so kind and help us with online wechat booking of the tickets to the Yongmen grottoes, saving us the time to queue at the ticket counter. 
The breakfast was simply sumptuous (Chinese breasfast) - worth every bit of the 40 Yuan! . I especially appreciated the freshness and quality of the food.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Every corner was spotless, and the room was impeccably maintained, which made for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
Additionally, the location couldn't be more convenient. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Yongmen Grottoes entrance making it perfect for anyone planning to explore this beautiful historic site.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Tips - please call ahead for location of the hotel as taxi is not allow to enter the area close to Yongmen Grottoes and the hotel will pick you up frm nearest drop off

Seriously, folks, you won't believe how amazing this place is!麗呈別院·九号院子 (Snow Mountain View Store) is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in – it's legendary! 

From the moment we showed interest in booking, the manager was incredibly responsive, practically 'at lightning speed.' He even picked us up in his adorable little three-wheeled vehicle, whisking us away from our travel fatigue in a flash. Throughout our stay, his 'attentive service' was simply ingrained in his DNA. He was constantly looking out for us: he'd give us excellent recommendations for local excursions, and if we ever had a small request, he'd fulfill it immediately, as if he had 'superpowers.'

And let's talk about the hotel itself. The cleanliness? Absolutely spotless. Every nook and cranny was so clean it practically shined, making our stay incredibly reassuring. The ambiance is just breathtaking. The ancient-style architecture combined with the meticulously maintained courtyard, lush green trees, and vibrant flowers make it feel like a paradise. You just relax the moment you step inside. The facilities are also top-notch; all the amenities in the room were exquisite and very convenient to use.

This family trip, with both seniors and children, received rave reviews from everyone. I sincerely hope that everyone in the world gets to experience this place. Once you stay here, you'll never forget it – it will absolutely become the most brilliant memory of your trip!

This hotel booking experience on Ctrip was superb, definitely a five-star review! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. At night, there are plenty of dining options nearby, so you never have to worry about finding food. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding – I could just lie down and relax, and I slept deeply every night. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even proactively upgraded my room type. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff responded promptly and were very attentive. The value for money is truly excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit this city!

Arrived at night. The room was very quiet. No noise at night. Good soundproofing. The surrounding area is very close to the ancient city I want to go to. The starting price of taxi is convenient.

The room has all disposable items, even shoe brushes. It is clean and hygienic. You can choose it with confidence. The facilities are complete and the hair dryer is very powerful. There is still a temperature difference in Lijiang at night, but the air conditioner is not used. It is completely enough to turn on the floor heating directly in this weather. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high now. Comfortable and affordable. Clean and hygienic. The service is superb
