A major highlight of the hotel is its airport shuttle service. The minibus operates precisely on schedule. However, on my return trip after check-out, I just missed the bus by literally half a minute and had to wait another half an hour for the next one. The driver was very professional and always proactive in helping with luggage when getting on and off. My favorite part was the hotel breakfast; apart from sushi, the selection of seafood, milk, coffee, and delicate pastries were all superb. I also enjoyed the hotel's hot springs (onsen); a daily soak really helped melt away the fatigue. The toiletries provided at the onsen were also of good quality. The bar and the paid swimming pool on the 14th floor offer fantastic beach views, making them excellent spots for sunset watching. The hotel's surroundings are convenient, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and small restaurants nearby. Naminoue Shrine is right next door, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the inconvenient transportation. Getting to any attraction requires either taking a taxi or walking over 1.5 km to catch a bus or monorail. Despite the language barrier, using a translation app to communicate with the staff always yielded helpful and satisfactory responses.

We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. 

It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. 

For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. 

The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

The hotel's location is great, and they offer paid parking (at a discounted rate compared to typical prices). They also provide complimentary drinks, juice, and coffee during set hours, which is really nice, plus free ice cream! The room size is moderate, and all the facilities are new.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Kencho-mae monorail station. There's a slight uphill section, but the pavement is smooth, so it's fine even with luggage.

The hotel is new, and both the exterior and interior decor are modern and stylish, which left a great impression. It's within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, and many restaurants. Getting back from other parts of the city by taxi is also quick.

The room was very clean, and the bed in the king room was huge – I haven't seen such a large bed in Japan, it felt quite luxurious for one person. The hotel practices environmental protection by having showers instead of bathtubs, which I think is great. Plus, the shower room was much more spacious than what you typically find in Japanese hotels.

The only issue with the room was that the desk was small, and there was no chair. It felt cramped when using a laptop; I had to sit on the edge of the bed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English. They were a great help when I needed to store my luggage, which I really appreciated.

The bar next to the lobby on the first floor is open until 11:00 PM. Cocktails are around 1300 yen each, which is cheaper than many bars, and they're very well-made. I ordered one of the hotel's original cocktails, and it was definitely worth trying.

The other downside was that the hotel restaurant was under renovation during my stay. When I booked, I'd read reviews and wanted to try the hotel's breakfast, but I couldn't. Overall, I still recommend it.

The room was a little smaller than another hotel with breakfast I've stayed at, but that wasn't a big deal. The toiletries provided were limited to toothpaste and toothbrushes; it would have been even better if skincare products were also available. Breakfast was Western-style, and guests could make their own pizzas.

The breakfast was pretty good. As is typical for Japan, the rooms are on the smaller side. The location is quite good, with a convenience store and a ramen shop within 100 meters. The street right next to the hotel gets very lively at night – it's packed with those 'muryou annaijo' (free information centers), haha!

Great breakfast! There is free sashimi, local diary products, and such a great price for value for the wide variety of food! The location is great, located jn the quieter neighbourhood, only 5-10 mins walk to the city centre and pier!

The front desk is on the 5th floor, which is a bit strange.
I only stayed overnight, but the room was nice. It felt a bit cramped.
I used the coin laundry. I appreciated the detergent, but
the dryer never dried, so I couldn't use it.
They put new bath towels, face towels, and garbage bags in front of the door every morning, which was helpful.
There was a coffee machine at the front desk, so you could make juice for free.
I used coffee a few times, but I wish they had made regular drip coffee in the room.
It's right next to Euglena Mall, so it's very convenient.
The location is great, as you can see the whole city from the smoking area balcony on the 5th floor,
but I think the location is different unless you're on the 5th floor or higher.
But it's convenient, so I might use it again.
