So, knowing that I am generally satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I have even to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the plate of the covers)
- breakfast is not bad but at the level of the ”salted” there was not much 
- The staff was kind and available but it did not give any information from their initiative (for example, ask if you wanted a card, if you needed something for the room like a paraplus bed, since they saw me with a baby... .No proposal!) 
It's the biggest negative point...for example, no one tells you that the room would not be cleaned by anyone (though the flyer posed in the sdb that explains to put the wallpapers in the shower if you want clean wallpapers...we did it and in the end de jour on les achevé toujours dans la douche....grosse déception et colère vu le prix correspondant à un prix d'hôtel...)
The cost of parking is €8 per night and breakfast is €12
The bed is comfortable and the common spaces are very nice. 
Don't forget free Wi-Fi and that works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite all I think to return and I pe conseil. 


Good locations near the race course with a number of public transport links nearby.

Pool is an added bonus.

The staff is efficient and helpful, and especially a great 🙏🏼 thanks to Carlos who helped me in my search, in this beautiful city I'm learning to know.

The only bemol the view...on the construction yard just in front of my window but fortunately the noise is camoufled by double glass 👍

The room is quite spacious and comes equipped with kitchen essentials like a microwave, induction hob, dishes, and cutlery. Optional room cleaning services are available for an extra fee, starting from 11 Euros. Should you need more toiletries or trash bags, they can be collected from the front desk. The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!

The location is very good. There is a light rail to the airport and the bus station is also very close. There are many restaurants nearby, which can be reached on foot. It is 300 meters away from the beach, and you can't see the sea from the roof.
The shower water is not hot, and feedback is useless. The front desk service is equivalent to no service. I stayed for 5 days and asked for an extra bottle of shower gel. They said there was no stock and asked me to buy it myself at the supermarket. It's outrageous! I have never heard of buying shower gel by myself when staying in a hotel.

The train station is next to the hotel, which is convenient, but if the room faces the station, it can be quite noisy. The breakfast is average, without any special options. The staff are not very friendly or helpful; they tend to be dismissive with any requests and do not offer any assistance, which is very disappointing.”

Die Lage ist gut situiert, in der Nähe mehrerer Haltestellen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Die Accor Arena ist zu Fuß in ca 15-20min zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt außer Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen alles zum Kochen, und es wurden sogar Kaffee und Wasser bereitgestellt. Zum Duschen gibt es nur Duschgel, kein Shampoo oder Conditioner. 
Leider war die Hygiene unterdurchschnittlich und die Dusche hat aufgrund Schimmels muffig gerochen.  Für 120€ die Nacht, die ich bereits drei Monate im Voraus buchte, war das Hotel für Pariser Verhältnisse also recht günstig, und da ich nur zwei Nächte hier verbracht hatte, habe ich es in Kauf genommen.
