A last-minute trip to Fukuoka led me to this hotel, which I had come across before. The hotel is quite new, and the room was clean. While not huge, there was enough space to comfortably open two suitcases. The location is incredibly convenient; it's situated right at the very end of the west side of Tenjin Underground Mall. Shinshin Ramen is just around the corner, and the lobby even has manga available for guests.

The location is excellent, right across from Yakuin Station, surrounded by many drugstores, 7-Elevens, and Lawsons. There's also a great Hakata noodle shop within walking distance that serves unique, hard-core noodles similar to Suzhou style, paired with a rich Japanese soup base. The hotel itself is clean, though the room space is average, but it's very economical and offers good value for money.

**Pros:** I really liked the bathroom's wet/dry separation and its overall design. Disposable slippers were also provided. 

**Cons:** I noticed cobwebs on the light fixtures, which suggests a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. The lighting was quite dim, making it very inconvenient to pack and unpack my luggage, as some items were hard to see. Also, the hotel is a considerable distance from the station, so guests with heavy luggage should definitely take this into account.

This hotel has a very good location in Susukino and is compared to other Japanese hotel rooms quite spacious due to its couch

old hotel . not good area for parking car. hotel carpark is limited . you have to park across the road public parking . hotel facility is quite run down but its functioning.

Located near Susukino station, within a 5-10 minute walking distance and surrounded by bustling streets, it is very convenient. The hotel offers a public bath. However, finding the hotel initially can be challenging, so I suggest updating your Google Maps for better navigation.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. There's a FamilyMart convenience store nearby and plenty of dining options in the area. The front desk offers manga books and complimentary disposable amenities like makeup remover, combs, and lotion. Communication with the front desk staff was a bit challenging due to their limited English, but otherwise, everything else was great.

Although the hotel's location may require multiple train changes from the city, the walking distance from the train station is not too far. The area around the hotel is not crowded or noisy. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to USJ, which is a very good service. The drivers are polite, and for the return trip to the hotel, there are three time options to choose from, making it convenient to book through the hotel’s website.
Amenities include high-quality for women. It’s a slight pity that there’s no shower cap, but everything else is great.
The room is spacious, and the view from the room is nice. There are enough elevators, and the wait time is short. The toilet and bathroom have separate areas, which is excellent.
