I loved my three day stay at Paco hotel and the people working there were so nice, especially number 8. I would’ve liked to stay for longer if I could :) conveniently located close to the metro and pearl river.

The hotel service was exceptional, and the front desk staff were warm and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with fresh, soft bedding. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options. The location is convenient, yet the area is quiet. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

**Facilities:** The hotel boasts a very distinctive design, complete with an in-house restaurant and a gym. The breakfast was quite good, and a particularly unique feature was the robotic arm cooking noodles. 

**Environment:** Located near schools, the area was surprisingly quiet during our stay, which happened to be summer vacation – definitely not noisy. It's conveniently close to the metro station, offers glimpses of the Canton Tower, and has numerous breakfast spots nearby. These places are always bustling with locals, a clear sign of their popularity and reasonable prices. Plus, it's very close to the filming location of '72 Tenants'! 

**Cleanliness:** Opened in 2020, the hotel maintains an impeccable standard of cleanliness. The housekeeping staff are wonderful, ensuring everything is thoroughly changed and cleaned. Unlike some branded hotels I've encountered where headboards were visibly dirty, this hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations with its pristine condition, clearly demonstrating consistent and meticulous cleaning. 

**Service:** The hotel staff provided excellent service across the board. Restaurant servers were prompt in clearing tables, and the room cleaning staff were equally pleasant, enthusiastic, and attentive. 

**Summary:** In short, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again on my next visit!

The second stay at this hotel. The rooms are decent and spacious with good beds and nice decorations. The in room fridge with a choice of free drinks is very nice and a big plus as this is quite rare to see.
Cleaning does happen only partially and just in the bathroom and dirt on the floor was not removed. Could be improved. 
The breakfast offers a good and wide choice of fresh items, good coffee and is definitely an advantage for this hotel.

When we used the laundry facilities in the hotel some hotel staff member put all clothes without any selection in the dryer on high temperature. It was just luck we saw this quickly, otherwise synthetics clothes, dresses and socks would have been irreversibly damaged. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen and this is why I can rate the service as not good at all. After we complained we were offered a room upgrade which was not convenient for us. 

Due to this incident I currently cannot recommend this hotel any more.

Best location in downtown Guangzhou.  2 minutes walking from metro Stainton. No3 and No1. You can easily reach CAN airport by metro. Clean room and modern design.  It has coffee machine in lobby and tea and water . Has clean laundry and Iron in 3th floor . Bathroom is very clean and it has plastic slippers in bathroom that's perfect. Ac is good . I will choose this hotel again

My recent stay at Paiko Ya Hotel on Longkou West Road, while I was in Guangzhou for my US visa interview, was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't wait to write this review to praise it!

**Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are excellent. While it may not be ultra-luxurious, the rooms are decorated very cozily and comfortably. My only minor suggestion would be for the bathroom faucets to be a little longer. The hotel lobby is elegantly furnished and feels quite upscale, and the air conditioning was perfectly cool and comfortable.

**Cleanliness:** Cleanliness here is top-notch. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Even the daily complimentary slippers and tea bags were of good quality.

**Location:** The location is fantastic. A metro station is less than a ten-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of dining options right around the hotel.

**Service:** The service here truly deserves special mention. The staff members are all well-presented, incredibly polite, and provide warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. They were always eager to assist with any request.

Our entire stay far surpassed expectations – absolutely deserving of five stars! The service was truly excellent throughout our visit. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly efficient and thoughtfully upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. Opening the window revealed a stunning city nightscape that instantly melted away our travel fatigue.

The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, featuring incredibly soft and comfortable bedding that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast was a highlight: an extensive spread with a balanced selection of both Chinese and Western cuisine, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff were also very diligent, promptly replenishing cutlery and food items. A unique and fun touch was the robot delivery service for takeout, which the kids absolutely loved!

A particularly heartwarming gesture was receiving a complimentary parting gift from the hotel upon our departure.

From the impressive facilities to the exceptional service attitude, everything truly reflected five-star hotel standards. The next time I visit this city, I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again!

I got a free room upgrade, but the best part was definitely the breakfast! On the first night, the parking lot was full, so I had to park in the aisle and move my car several times. Eventually, the staff helped me arrange to park in the adjacent lot and covered the parking fee. I've stayed here a few times for business in the area. This time, there's subway construction nearby, and while the soundproofing is quite good, you can still hear some noise. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps a windowless room would be better, as you likely wouldn't hear anything then.

The front desk manager was incredibly helpful. When I requested a non-smoking room, they called me in advance to discuss it, offering me the option to pick a room upon arrival and guaranteeing a refund if I wasn't satisfied. They even expressed concern about potentially delaying my travel plans. Ultimately, I received a completely smoke-free room and was upgraded to a city-view room, from which I even caught a glimpse of the 'Big Copper Coin' building – quite a fun bonus! The breakfast selection was fairly standard, but everything was very clean. The hotel also offers fitness equipment and self-service laundry facilities, including washers and dryers. After I made my reservation, the front desk proactively reached out via WeChat to provide detailed parking directions, complete with a very clear map. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel was just okay. A heads-up about transportation: if you're taking the high-speed train, navigation might direct you to Huadu Station, which is quite far from the hotel. It's much more convenient to alight one stop *before* Guangzhou North Station and take a taxi from there. If you accidentally end up at Huadu Station, a taxi is a must to reach the hotel. The surrounding roads are currently under repair, so expect some dust and dirt. For sightseeing or going out, taking a taxi to the metro station is fairly convenient. The hotel can also be quite noisy due to its proximity to the tracks; providing earplugs in the rooms would be a thoughtful touch. On a positive note, the front desk staff were excellent. They were always smiling and resolved any issues promptly. However, the Wi-Fi was a major disappointment. The in-room Wi-Fi only connected to mobile phones and couldn't connect to laptops or tablets.

I stayed at Paco Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Port Branch) and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Luohu Port and convenient for cross-border travelers. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
The facilities were complete and practical, and although I didn’t try the food, the overall environment was comfortable and quiet. It’s a great option for short stays or transit trips, especially if you need easy access to the border.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

All staffs were very nice.  Especially, front desk receptionist #405 was very friendly.  Also, YingJiao(Sales Manager) helped us to select the best room by upgrading.  We were very pleased to staying there almost a month.
