A truly perfect stay! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, allowing me to spread out my luggage comfortably, and was fully equipped – even with a kitchen area and a washing machine, which felt very advanced! The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent and very comfortable. The bed was large, and the sheets and duvet covers were very clean! I'll definitely be back!

Checked in at 2 PM. My reserved room type wasn't available, so they upgraded me straight away. Excellent service! The room was very comfortable, and I'll definitely be returning.

It is very close to the location in which I am going to.
The staircase is quite steep and the good thing about this place is that they have a washing machine outdoor.
So you do not have to worry about washing your clothes at night & they have a hangar.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so do not worry about an empty stomach.

Facilities: Complete and ready to move in❤️ and there is a washing machine🤩, which is very convenient for hanging clothes😊
Sanitation: Clean and sanitary👍Good, but the sound insulation is not very friendly, but it does not affect my sleep in general
There is a night market downstairs at night, which is good and the environment is very good٩(๑^o^๑)۶

Nice apartment to stay in. AC is really cold which is very nice during summer. Amenities quality is really nice. Overall, it's good for families travellers

The room is quite spacious; I'm used to hotels, but staying in this suite really feels huge and comfortable. Plus, there's a large projector, which is awesome for watching movies! The front desk lady's service attitude was also very gentle, and the cleaning auntie did a great job – definitely a thumbs up! It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station downstairs, and getting to Canton Tower is pretty quick.

The room is big enough, close to the shopping mall, convenient for travel, and the room facilities are also the type I like

The hotel is not far from the Shenzhoulu subway station. Take exit C and walk down the road, crossing a small bridge - the building is the second one from the bridge. The Joy City mall next to the station offers a variety of food options. The staff sent me a message with instructions for my 3 AM check-in. They gave me a high-floor, non-smoking room as requested. The cleaning staff is very diligent.

The downside might be that it takes about 1 hour to get to the downtown area. It depends on your preference. I like the location on the outskirts of town as it's more pleasant and clean.

Very good. Convenient transportation. Clean and sanitary rooms. Large space. Many places to eat around. Downstairs is the food court. Very convenient. Very convenient for travel. Suitable for business trips and travel. Very good. I chose it for a long time. Very good. I forgot to take pictures of the room.

The traffic is very convenient, close to the subway station, the room is very clean and comfortable, the decoration is very new, the service is very thoughtful, the surrounding environment is good, the night is very quiet, the facilities are complete, and the disposable toiletries are provided.

Family getaway 

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. 
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. 
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. 
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. 
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was  also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. 
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. 
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. 
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. 
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

房間乾淨衞生，房間有冰箱、水壺、晾衣架、洗衣機。還配備有抽風機，可以滿足愛做飯的人的條件，房間不小，房間都有陽台，很適合看户外的風景，風景就是對面的樓房，以及遠方的山景這樣，晚上在陽台小坐會還是挺愜意的，房價很適中，樓下有一些運動設施，可以去運動下，離景點自駕遊會更好，停車也方便。

The villa area is quiet, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The villa has three floors, and I like it best because there is a separate karaoke room. The bed in each room is spacious enough, and there is a bathroom on each floor. There has been a lot of rain recently, so we must pay attention to mosquito prevention, so it's a pity that the barbecue table in the garden could not be used. The staff are very polite and the service is good. The order did not come with breakfast, but I casually asked if there was any breakfast? The unexpected surprise was that the hotel arranged for the staff to deliver ten breakfasts early the next morning, each of which was a glass of milk and a freshly baked Western bread. Very awesome, very good 👍
