My stay at Fraser Place hotel Namdaemun was awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is of excellent quality and service.
There’s a large choice of food in the buffet breakfast. I was able to workout at the gym on the 16th floor and relax in the sauna and hot tube after. The hotel is Located in the heart of the city center you have access to all the public transportation and the most important places. The hotel is definitely a must stay place in Seoul. I recommend it without hesitation for business travellers, solo travellers, couples and also families.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very polite! Especially the front desk clerk, who enthusiastically helped with the luggage. The front desk lady also communicated in Chinese and helped me figure out how to take the Incheon Airport Express from Seoul Station. Thank you very much!!! Korean can be communicated with translation software, which is also very smooth and convenient! The transportation is very convenient. The bus stops for various lines, such as Line 7021, Line 750A, etc., are just opposite the hotel. It only takes 3 stops to go to Myeongdong. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Seodaemun Subway Station. It only takes one bus stop to go to Seoul Railway Station, and then take the Airport Express Line to reach Incheon Airport T1 or T2 Passenger Terminal very smoothly.

I stayed here for eleven nights in a one-bedroom apartment suite, and overall I was quite satisfied, though there were a few minor issues. First, the positives: the biggest advantage is the well-equipped room. As a serviced apartment, it not only has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, and a washer-dryer, but also a full set of branded dinnerware and kitchen utensils. Amenities expected at this level, like a capsule coffee machine, Bose sound system, and a bathtub for soaking, are all provided. The public facilities are decent, with a high-floor infinity pool and a gym. Regarding service, the housekeeping staff, in particular, were very thoughtful and attentive, which was commendable.

Now for the two areas that could be improved: 1) The hotel is quite new, and the furniture still has a noticeable odor. It seems the rooms aren't regularly aired out when vacant, so upon entering, the smell was quite strong. With ventilation and an air purifier, it quickly dissipated, but it does leave a less-than-ideal first impression. I suggest airing out rooms in advance, depending on bookings. 2) The size of the hotel restaurant doesn't quite match the number of rooms. When the hotel is full, seating in the breakfast area is tight, sometimes even requiring a wait. I recommend expanding the restaurant or, given its apartment-style nature, offering in-room dining services.
