Amazing stay & guests experiences we had as a family of 6 person spending 2 nights at this beautiful & elegant hotel with splendid city view of Burj Khalifa. Our daughter's room was specially decorated for her birthday surprise on the day of check-in. We will return for our stay in next visit to Dubai. Great memories here!

It was an amazing experience! Had a lovely stay with my family. I came here for a nice view but didn’t expect that their services and welcome approach will be the top 1 that I admired the most. From reception to bell man, house keeping, spa area, pool area and restaurant they are the best. Would even like to commend Abby and Saiful for their very warm welcome to us especially I have my mom who came here as tourist. I chose 1 hotel each Emirates and the Address didn’t failed me! Really recommended. The gym is amazing too!

Palace Dubai Creek Harbour truly lives up to its five-star reputation. From outstanding customer service and warm hospitality to its prime location and impeccable cleanliness, every aspect ensures a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond, showing great attention to detail and care for guests’ needs. A big shoutout to Julie, Modest, the reception and breakfast team for their exceptional warmth and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and only wish we had more time to explore everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be returning for a longer visit!

Staying at The Palace Downtown Dubai was an unforgettable experience that perfectly blended opulence and comfort. The hotel's architecture and design exude elegance, with intricate Arabian details and a serene ambiance that immediately made me feel welcomed and pampered.

The location is unparalleled, offering stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain, and placing me right in the heart of all the action. My room was beautifully appointed, combining traditional charm with modern amenities, and the balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

The dining experiences at The Palace Downtown were exceptional. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with impeccable service and delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of international and local options.

The hotel's amenities, including the luxurious spa and the serene pool area, were top-notch and provided a perfect escape from the bustling city. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely committed to making my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Overall, The Palace Downtown Dubai is a true gem, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai.

The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

The hotel is ideally situated, with a wide variety of facilities, with beautiful, clean rooms. We booked a room with fountain view, which didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel has very easy access to the mall

Excellent experience! The hotel was perfect and so was the staff! We let them know we were engaged and they decorated the room with rose petals and providing a flower bouquet!

It was my 3rd time to stay in Vida Dubai Marina and you will not regret it! The room was nice with excellent mattress and pillow. Since my flight was in late afternoon time, the staff helped me to extend the checkout time ... thank you for all the friendly staffs at the hotel, especially to NiLam Caroline!

One of the few green surroundings in Dubai

This hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.
