Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Lots of parking. Very close to major highways, shopping and attractions. Had a good night's sleep. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends.

Booked this hotel on 1/13/25 through Priceline. Paid in full on 1/13/25. I showed up for my 3 night stay on 6/23/25. The front desk informed me that on 6/17/25 they canceled my reservation, I received no notification, they blamed Priceline. Priceline’s only correspondence with the hotel was my confirmation. Front desk tried to help me find another hotel but the hotel they found me was an additional 25 minutes from the location I was going to for the next 3 days. I would not recommend a hotel that takes your money 6 months before your reservation and then cancels on you a week before your stay. My credit card company told me it could take up to 60 days to get my money back.

Check to make sure the curtains close before you unpack your stuff. I was on the ground floor (room 137) and was happy with my room until night came and I tried to close the curtain to the window that faced the courtyard and to my surprise there was no hardware to close it all the way. I was tired, unpacked and not ready to be moved to another room so didn't call. In the morning I could see the woman on the treadmill in the gym across the courtyard so I'm sure she could see me drinking my coffee in the kitchen area. Had to go to the bathroom to change my clothes so I wouldn't be seen. I mentioned my compliant to the front desk clerk Joyce and she apologized and asked if I would want to be compensated and I replied "that would be nice." Nothing. Took a survey from Hilton with my concern and was asked if I would like to be contacted and I replied "yes"! Nothing! If this was just a broken curtain I would not be so upset, but I am sure I am not the only person who would like their privacy and have the option to close the curtain all the way!!!!

Hotel was very clean with nice pool gym and outdoor space. Breakfast was decent, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was lovely and helpful. Conveniently located off the highway and walking distance (on side of road) to a few stores and restaurants.
