My stay was a 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
I had a good stay, but service wasn’t great. The wyfy was out and my room wasn’t touched during my two night stay. The breakfast was nice.

Everything was good with the exception of things. The stand up shower gets very slippery when wet and It would be good if there was a air vent in the bathroom. Everything was excellent.

When we got there. To check in they gave away our rooms after notifying them the day before that we may be a late check-in. Sent this to Springhill in Somerset, which was 25 minutes father then our meeting the next day. Terrible experience I should be compensated something.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being helped by Adam. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel welcome.
What truly set Adam apart was the attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism. Whether it was giving great local recommendations, handling special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he went above and beyond at every opportunity.
You can tell Adam genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find someone who makes hospitality feel effortless, but he did just that. Because of their incredible service, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone I know!
