Won't be back. 1) got checked in under wrong name - even with ID provided 2) No elevator 3) ice machine on 1st floor broken 4) disgusting smell emanating from ice maker area on 2nd floor 5) breakfast was horrible - nothing but carbs and starch. Prepackaged muffins and bagels, disgusting biscuits and gravy. No protein, no fruit, no eggs. 2/3 waffle irons turned off. Pitiful at best. 6) Bath mat towel was soaking wet (checked in at 4 pm) 7) Skant coverings for bed - no extra blankets

Needed a place to rest my head, and got just that. Check in was easy front desk was friendly and breakfast on the go was nice. Coffee was fresh but My door was a struggle to close sometimes but other than that the staff made the stay great and will return next time I'm in town for work

When I came, I had low expectations due to the reviews i had read. I will admit that my room was generally decent, spare from the toilet having stuff in it and a few stains here and there, but I came here with a group of people and one of their rooms didn't lock, the 3rd room had bed bugs. the customer service was much better than the reviews made it seem. I was overall pleasantly surprised, but the cleanliness and quality was still iffy, which I expected due to the price.

Property had some “updates”, but only for common areas. Property is shared with another hotel. The rooms themselves need to be cleaned better and bigtime updated. Air conditioner/ heater had a gap between it and the wall. Hotel did smell of smoke. Probably won’t stay here again.

the room was 45 degrees & barely got up to 61 so we had to move to another room & fitness center you could see your breathe it was so cold dirty no wipes to wipe equipment down & breakfast ******

Unacceptable air quality in room and more
Front desk was courteous which was the only plus. First room had others already in it or hadn’t been cleaned. Noticed the door latch and also chain lock had both been busted in previously without being fixed. Was given a second room that was tough to breathe in immediately. Strong mold and mildew smell from the ac/heating unit. Spent the night sleeping under the sheet to filter the toxic air from lungs. Still woke up with swollen air ways and red watery eyes. It was a horrible experience. The lack of care taken to this place is unacceptable. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but felt compelled in this situation to give future folks a heads up. I would have slept in my car instead had it been Summer, Spring or fall.

Found cockroaches in our room, our second night stayed. Bugs. Manager never responded to my complaint. Beware there end of building has live in, parking lot dark and dirty. Choice Hotel customer service sucks. I would never recommend my friends to stay there.
