This is our first visit to this area as my wife and I prepare to trek AV1. First impressions of this hotel after immediately stepping off the bus was “wow very nice place”. We arrived around 12pm and Sylvie at the front desk was very welcoming and allowed us to drop our bags until check in. She also gave us our complimentary bus pass which we used to go down to the lake after grabbing a delicious lunch and beers down the road at Speckstube Eggerhof. We came back to check in and Sylvie again very welcoming and gave us all the info we needed like a cake and coffee hour they have from 3-5pm which we enjoyed. The little desserts were amazing. We also cooled off in their indoor pool. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The balcony on our room was relaxing to sit and enjoy the amazing scenery all around. At the time of writing this we haven’t yet had dinner, but the menu Sylvie showed us sounds delicious. She said we can also request a packed lunch for departure. They also helped me coordinate a bag transfer with Patrick Rizzo to transfer our traveling luggage to our end destination in Belluno. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hotel Trenker!!

Ottimo Hotel 4 stelle. Ampio posteggio gratuito. Grazie a tutta la famiglia Trenker sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime curate dalle ragazze addette, molto discrete e disponibili e pronte ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Cosa dire poi della ricca colazione a buffet, della pausa merenda e deliziosa cena? Si parte con buffet di prodotti genuini freschi e di produzione locale. Portate varie e ben cucinate, possibilità di variazioni per soddisfare esigenze ed intolleranze alimentari. Ottimo il servizio di sala. Un grazie di cuore a Silvy e Ludovica simpatiche e professionali, e’ stato un vero piacere essere coccolati da loro. Molto curata e pulita la grande piscina, le saune come tutta l’area benessere. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie, grazie grazie

Esperienza bellissima. Weekend all'insegna della pace, del relax e del buon cibo. Hotel in una posizione fantastica facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi (la fermata è proprio davanti l'hotel e da li partono inoltre tanti percorsi trekking che portano sia al lago che ad altre attrazioni vicine) Pulizia eccellente, camera bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, dal letto si poteva godere di una vista meravigliosa. Anche centro benessere, bar e cucina sono un'eccellenza. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale sono state la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Hotel a conduzione familiare ben organizzato. La stanze e le sale sono pulite, la struttura nel complesso confortevole e offre tanti servizi gratuitamente. La colazione ricca e molto varia, per la cena si può scegliere fra vari piatti. Vengono organizzate anche escursioni giornaliere la cui partecipazione è gratuita.

Ottimo hotel, personale fantastico. Location tranquilla per una vacanza rilassante in mezzo allo spettacolo di montagna. Non bastano pochi gg per godere appieno il paesaggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Super consigliato. Centro benessere molto attrezzato

Um sonho
Lugar maravilhoso, Atendimento impecável, Alex se empenhou em entender o português, piscina cinematográfica, jantar espetacular, vista das montanhas da janela do quarto, muito próximo ao lago, a pé dá 2 km de subida, compensa aguardar o ônibus que passa de meia em meia hora e aceita dinheiro. Chega-se de trem até Villabassa e da praça central pega-se o ônibus 442. Melhor passeio na Itália, podia ter reservado mais um dia.

spacious room more like a suite, excellent amenities including in-room sauna and hiking bags/poles. Excellent breakfast selection and very good set menus for dinners.
