O único aspeto positivo foi a simpatia dos funcionários. Tudo o resto foi péssimo. Deste o quarto ao pequeno almoço à piscina interior e à limpeza. A banheira suja. Os AC pretos de não serem limpos. Acho um hotel tão bonito e tão abandonado. Péssima gestão. A meu ver com graves dificuldades em mante lo. O espaço precisa de remodelações. Não recomendo irem à piscina interior a água até estava fria. Apenas um sabonete para o duche. O hotel de 4estrelas em champoo. Espaço exterior agradável. Espero que seja aproveitado no verão

This is not a four star hotel, although it has the facilities the hotel inside is dated and not well maintained. The staff were great, however the room was dated and badly needed a renovation. The noise outside from teenagers on motorbikes and cars was hardly the hotel’s fault but it was lucky I wasn’t having an early night. I would imagine this was a very nice hotel twenty years ago, the reception area gives the impression of more luxury than the rooms live up to. OK for a stop over, secure underground parking is a big plus. Didn’t try the food.

A não voltar! Chegamos às 14.45 e dizem que o check in é só a partir das 15 mas não está pronto o quarto às 15… só depois de pedir o livro de reclamações e anulação da reserva me foi dado um quarto. Nunca o cartão do quarto funcionou sem precisar de ser trocado o colaborador da recepção da noite só me faltou chamar incompetente no dia seguinte volta a acontecer a justificação é a banda dos cartões ser velha … fiquei com a sensação que a culpa é do cliente ! A água quente o ideal é abrir 10 minutos antes do banho. Todo o hotel necessita de remodelação. Usei muito o hotel no início do ano 2000 infelizmente voltei com a família e arrependi-me. A não voltar!

Após vários emails e contactos telefónicos assumiram o compromisso de data com valor certo e condições para a realização de uma festa com 30 pessoas. Após um mês encaminham para outra pessoa que diz poder fazer a ementa, mas num sistema mais reduzido, valor aumentado, e sem condições e até restrições. Tenho pena que após ter escolhido e recomendado este espaço, única mais o volte a fazer por falta de palavra e caráter.

Local de fácil acesso, com condições para todos, desde crianças a pessoas idosas e até com limitações. Relativamente perto do centro de Braga. Piscinas interiores e exteriores, sauna, banho turco e massagens. Restaurante de bom nível, bar muito apelativo e agradável.

A step back in time to the 1970’s the decor is unbelievably dated for example dark brown walls, dark green scratchy carpets, moth eaten curtains. Poor lighting throughout the hotel and insufficient charging sockets and electrical plugs.

Adecuado calidad precio. Necesitas coche. Necesita una remodelación. Piscinas interior correcta. Personal muy amable y servicial. Restaurante de calidad però poco variado. Tiene campo de fútbol, cancha de tenis, piscina exterior. Es ideal para familia con niños. Desayuno correcto.

A large hotel conveniently located but clearly has seen better days. Our room had stained carpets and generally looked very tired. The tennis court had so much moss it would be dangerous. Planters beneath our balcony was full of cigarette ends. Would not return
