My home if filled with momentos, crafts and books so if you want a sterile hotel like environment this won't be the house for you. There are also air beds available if needed. 15 minutes from downtown Janesville or shopping, great Saturday farmers market. Close to lots of great hiking, biking on the Ice Age trail, Kettle Moraine state park or kayaking the Turtle or Rock River. Nice central location close to the highway if you want to explore: about 45 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes to Whitewater and Rockford.
