Holiday Inn Express & Suites BRADENTON EAST-LAKEWOOD RANCH by IHG

Our flight from Ohio to Tampa was cancelled by Allegiant Airlines. I called this hotel and Priceline immediately to let them know we won’t be able to make it and to cancel both reservations (not our fault as the next flight available was the next day…) I was told that The general mgr here, Caiti Di Biagio, would not approve of this and still charged us for both rooms.

I had a wonderful day. It was cleaning. The stock was friendly and I had a laundry room that I can wash my sons uniform.

Room cleanliness and amenities. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Did not eat breakfast. Only had 2 options for dinner as we were told it was the off season and the majority of the restaurants only open on weekends. We didn't have park but they charge $39 parking fee when the hotel was probably 90% empty and there were pleny of open spots. Had no hot water when we checked in or the next morning even after notify the feont desk. We were told it is a known issue and we just had to run the water for a bit to get hot. 45 minutes later still no hot water. Luckily we only stayed 1 night and left next morning.

We recently had a second stay in this property. Check-In was easy and efficient. We were welcomed with membership status. Allocation of room matched our preferences. Room and the whole property was clean and met our expectation. Everything is up to date here. Breakfast staff were attentive, everything was well prepared and refilled. Service here was great. Also wifi connection is far better than in other properties we visited so far. It is a great location for excursions around Sarasota. We will definitely return to this hotel if we will visit the area for another trip.

We loved that we could not hear the incredible loud people out in the hallway and other rooms, must be great noise insulation! Breakfast was good overall, could have been more food choices. In our room, housekeeping did not remove food trays, clean spills off the small tables, and left pillows on the floor. Overall the large 2 bedroom room was great, spacious, and loved the large TVs.

I really enjoyed coming back to the room and finding clean towels and the beds made daily! Housekeeping was wonderful here!! Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well throughout the night. Breakfast was amazing and had a great variety to choose from.

Very clean property, nice sized rooms, decent free breakfast. Was only an overnight stay for a travel tournament, we would've liked to stay an extra night to enjoy the property. Everything was well kept and the staff was friendly and professional. Location was convenient to the fields and highway.
