Very clean, although slightly tired looking resort. Went as a family to enjoy the proximity to Santa’s Village however upon arrival, and much to the dismay of our children, we were told both the pool and hot tub were broken due to damage over the winter. We went in prime tourism season and with plenty of time to have fixed the facilities (or update their website to include hot tube AND pool being under repair). Despite being apologetic, there was no offer for compensation or discount. Very limited stock of kitchen supplies (one flipper, no spatula, no plastic wrap, etc.) despite claiming fully stoked kitchen. Water is not potable so don’t forget to bring your own before staying at a very pricy place, with no wifi in cabins, limited restaurant menu and not very kid-friendly menu options. We could also smell sewer which brings into question if gray water was going in the ditch nearby. Despite the major disappointments with the lack of transparency re: accommodations, we had a lot of fun. Definitely would have booked elsewhere if they would have told us the pool was broken when we had inquired before booking. I would like to say though that the owner was incredibly kind.
