La struttura da fuori si presenta bene. Bella vista sul lago e sulla natura. Le camere sono molto pulite. Le più pulite che abbiamo trovato in un "giro" di ben 6 che abbiamo cambiato in 12 gg. Colazione "povera" ma fatta con ingredienti genuini. Cordialità ...... da migliorare. Purtroppo adesso devo parlare di quelle che per me sono le note dolenti. La conduzione è quasi esclusivamente famigliare, portata avanti dalla figlia della titolare. La "ragazza" c'è la mette tutta ma l'impressione è che da sola non possa fare fronte a tutto. PS: quando arrivate in camera non troverete il telecomando del condizionatore, ve lo forniranno solo se siete disposti a pagare il consumo di energia che farete....... Vorrei fare un grosso in bocca al lupo a questa struttura e ai suoi proprietari affinché trovino la quadra per fare funzionare al meglio la loro struttura. L'impressione è che la struttura stia implodendo e che la trascuratezza che si trova all'esterno (escrementi trascuratezza delle sale sottostanti alle camere ecc...) sia dovuta a difficoltò economiche.

Beautiful views. Tough to get to. This is a good choice in season. Overall clean but be prepared for a "farm feel."

Upon arrival, they allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we were exhausted. We were shown to our room which was spacious and had its own bathroom. After a couple hours nap, we walked around the house to check out the property which was unkept. I don’t know if they maintain it better in the summer, but going at the end of the “off season” it was looking a little rough. Come bed time, it was very cold in our room. There were radiant heaters but they didn’t work. My husband is usually very warm and he was even shivering when he had to get out of the bed. They definitely had a fire going in the main part of the house as it smelled smokey when we went to check out. Also, at around 10:30pm whomever lives next to the room we were in, turned a TV on with the volume quite high. This kept us up until about 2:15am when it was finally shut off.
So overall, some good, some not so good. We won’t be back.

Siamo andati per i campionati italiani reining ci siamo trovati molto bene, Giulia la proprietaria e’ gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, siamo andati con il cane . Camere bellissime e pulitissime, letto comodissimo, veramente grazie e poi che panorama stupendo, immersi nel verde, la piscina molto bella, ci tornerei ancora sicuramente. Grazie mille anche per tutte le merende con tisana e torta.. fantastica. Grazie mille Giulia.

Totale assenza personale..la notte le porte rimanevano aperte senza sorveglianza...non ci hanno rifatto la camera..l acqua della piscina era sporca e torbida...sembrava un posto abbandonato!sconsigliatissimo!erano solo presenti per prendere i soldi della tassa di soggiorno!
