While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Tutto perfetto! Ho soggiornato una notte con mio marito in questo splendido albergo, ci siamo trovati benissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff, di una gentilezza rara. Consiglio di provare l’esperienza del massaggio nella Spa, e non in ultimo se si soggiorna qui non si può non cenare nel ristorante, cibo di grande qualità a prezzi giusti. Ci ritornerei

Struttura di grande charme, pulitissima . Personale molto cortese e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste degli ospiti. Meraviglioso il verde circostante. Colazione abbastanza varia sicuramente però i prodotti proposti di qualità. Torneremo sicuramente perché molto soddisfatti.

Darei 5 stelle per la pulizia e il comfort della camera, al ristorante si può gustare un ottima cucina oltre al personale gentile e preparato, la colazione al mattino è abbondante e di alto livello. Peccato, che a rovinare un contesto così idilliaco, al check in /out c'è una giovane ragazza inesperta. Ho pagato delle cose in più (caffè e altre cose di poco conto) Ho chiesto gentilmente se potevo avere informazioni in merito, visto che io sapevo perfettamente cosa avessi consumato. La risposta è stata: mi dispiace. Ho pagato e sono andata via. Peccato.

Servizio inaccettabile. Abbiamo soggiornato un week end e abbiamo chiamato dalla nostra camera chiedendo se fosse possibile fare la spa. Peccato che non c’è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato un extra costo di ben 60€, dicendoci che dovevamo leggere i cartelli esposti alla reception. Che vergogna…

Das Hotel ist wunderschön in einer Parkanlage gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Die abendlichen Menüs waren sehr lecker und der Kellner sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Wir waren dort zum ersten Mal und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Die Lage ist gut für Tagesausflüge nach Genua oder Mailand.

I attended a corporate event organized at the hotel. The location is truly beautiful, the renovation has preserved its original charm without distorting it with too many modern contaminations. One detail above all: the terracotta floor of the room. The meals consumed were excellent and showcased local products.
