İlgili personel güzel bir otel. Fiyat performans oteli olarak değerlendirile bilir. Özellikle yemek konusunda ***et 2024 yılonda tatil yaptım ***et keyif aldık ailecek. Huzur dolu dinlemek için tercih edilen bir tecrübe oldu bizler için.

октябрь 2024 Хороший отель для отдыха с семьей и маленькими детьми,все устроено очень комфортно и удобно для отличного отдыха Отличная детская и взрослая анимация Еда средняя,но голодными не были Море чистое,заход не резкий,есть Пирс 4 раз отдыхаем в турции,до отеля и аэропорта всегда доверяемся Алику и его профессиональной команде,встречают с табличкой,всегда вовремя,отличные чистые машины,вежливые водители ,в машинах есть прохладительные напитки и WIFI Так же берем у него экскурсии) Нашли в группе в ВК «Туры у Алика» Всем рекомендую 👍

Not a bad hotel, friendly staff, but the hotel is quite dirty. The scenery, the view from the room, the pools and the beach without comment, very good. But unfortunately during 10 days of stay, cleaning was done only twice. Also long and lengthy check-in time, but there is free wifi throughout.

Очень хорошо отдохнули, аниматор Катя очень хорошая девушка , спасибо ей ! Вообще весь персонал добрый и отзывчивый. Ежа вкусная , особенно любит пешки ! Номера большие вид шикарный! Классно провели провели время , спа посещали прям огонь 🔥

Очень не плохой отель для семейного отдыха с детьми и дружной компанией! Отдыхали с 15-24 октября 2024 года. Есть много плюсов но и без минусов не обошлось, есть на что обратить внимание руководству отеля. Заселение, приехали рано утром со спящим ребенком на руках( 4 года) , на просьбу заселить раньше было отказано, вроде как нет номеров свободных, но спустя 5 мин заселили за 50$ и на меньше не согласились! Номер, хороший, светлый, просторный, все работает! Уборка хромает, убирают поверхностно, и это создает впечатление неопрятности отеля. Теперь о плюсах, концепция отеля хорошая, все расположено так что далеко ходить не нужно, комфортно, детки всегда на глазах! Красивая , зеленая,территория! Питание разнообразное, много зелени, фруктов, сладостей,всегда найдешь что покушать , каждый день рыба , разная и очень вкусная! Пляж в 150 метрах, большой, лежаков много, берег-камушки( покупали кораллки), море чистое и красивое, есть пирс , вечером очень красивые закаты!🌆 Отличный аквапарк как детский так и взрослый! Дети в восторге, для них много развлечений. Большая заслуга и огромный плюс этого отеля это команда аниматоров! Ребята просто большие молодцы! Скучать не дают, каждый день программы, шоу, хорошая музыка, конкурсы! Для детей минидиско ! Хочется отдельно поблагодарить аниматоров Катюшу, Ирину, Алину, Мустафу, Арифа - Вы супер! Берке - ты сделал наш отдых, организатор, ведущий и просто человек праздник, его любят взрослые и дети , он на своём месте! Ребята спасибо за настроение! Вообщем и целом все хорошо, если руководство устранит недостатки, будет еще лучше и мы с радостью приедем в этот отель еще раз!
