本店位於亳州市主幹道的魏武大道上。對外地遊客而言，選擇入住本店的性價比很高：（1）抵達離開方便。亳州站出來，在站前廣場乘坐公交1路至新華書店公交站下車，即是本店；（2）住店費用低廉。房間質量為連鎖酒店的水平，房費竟然不足百元；（3）前往景點方便。外地遊客基本上都是奔着4個景區而來：花戲樓（4A）、南京巷錢莊（4A）、曹操地下運兵道（4A）、亳州市博物館。前三個，在新華書店公交站乘坐1路。最後一個，在馬路對面的幸福橋/第八中學公交站乘坐117路；（4）購物方便。本店北側250米就有大型超市“金色華聯”；（5）品嚐亳州名吃。本店馬路對面有兩家特色餐館，“渦陽幹扣麪”是亳州地方名吃之一，深受普通百姓的喜愛。住宿本店唯一的不足是：附近沒有早餐店，最近的也在數百米之外。
