Element Bozeman

They upgraded us to a suite which was really nice with windows on three sides. The bed was comfortable, but low. Big bathroom that was set up for handicap access. Breakfast was very good with items you don’t typically see at a breakfast bar. Nice cold water by the front desk too.

We had just a one-night stay here but found it a very nice hotel. Short walk to 'downtown' Bozeman --- very nicely decorated lobby area where breakfast is held in the morning. Rooms are clean and spacious, and I also noted the attention to energy conservation features (high efficiency lighting, low flow faucets). There is a pool and an outdoor area with fire pits as well. Would stay again.

Our company hosted an event in the Element's professional event space. The event was a smashing success thanks to the help of Kayla, their sales manager, and the Element team. The atmosphere was professional, tasteful, and everything exceeded expectations. We will definitely book future events through Kayla and The Element Hotel.

We checked in after 9 pm. We saw that the room we booked, the sofabed for our son would be touching the end of our bed when made. We asked if there was an upgrade available since we’re supposed to get at checkin if available. We were given a second room. My son and I went to the “heated” pool. It was freezing. It was a very fast swim for him due to the cold pool. We were the only people there. When we came back my son showered then opened the sofa bed. The mattress was filthy and covered in crumbs. We asked for it to be cleaned. The checkin lady asked us to move to a third room. It’s now around 10 pm. We get everything moved when I’m dead tired from our 7 plus hour drive today and move the pillow and the sheets are covered in short hair. I look at my husband’s side same thing. We had been on the fifth floor moved to the third floor two rooms and now the checking lady is move to the fourth floor! Absolutely ridiculous! We go and inspect 417 which is now a one room suite upgrade. The room sofa bed and primary bed are clean! Now it’s after 11 pm. The checkin in lady said management will speak to you tomorrow. Yeah no one spoke to us. Wasted two hours of our vacation, because their rooms are filthy. We were choosing between the residence inn and the element at 830pm and chose here because it said heated pool. Well it was not and two hours of a not clean, disgusting beds. We ran into other people in the hallway that their keys were not coded correctly, etc. We stayed at the Kimpton Armory last time we were in town and the road noise was loud. Here we only heard it occasionally. The bed was comfortable. They have bikes with helmets that you can use that was a nice treat to discovery a different part of town. Breakfast was only til 9:30 which was quite early.

Don’t Expect Your Room On Time The check in was the worst I have had in a few years. Over 1 hr later than listed on the reservation, and that was only because I said I don’t care which room I get I just need a room and now. I was late for a business function because of this poor management and then I was given nothing but excuses as to why.

This is one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed in and definitely the nicest Element hotel I've ever been in. It's very clean, the rooms are big and service is friendly. Our room turned out to be a suite with a small stovetop and dishwasher and microwave oven and regular sized fridge. The bathroom is very nice and modern. The complimentary breakfast is much better than what I expected for a hotel complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
