Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach

The location was perfect for me. Is close to restaurants and other utility places. The service was good. The pillows were uncomfortable for me.

Hampton is usually one of our regular brands. We stayed at this Hampton Inn on April 25, 2025 – April 27, 2025. It seemed like a huge effort for the young lady at the front desk to get up and check us in. She was not very interested in welcoming a new guest to the inn. Our reservation clearly shows we are Hilton Honors members, but no offer of the welcome package we normally receive at check in. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean but the décor is from 1974. The chairs and sofa were old, an odd color and looked dirty. We never sat in them because of how they looked. The included breakfast was very basic and nothing special. This is sad for a hotel charging an average of $219.00 a night for poor customer service, dated room décor and a basic breakfast. We would not recommend this property to anyone based on our recent stay and experience with the desk employees.

We enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The surroundings area is quiet, the property is clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay (5 nights). Our King Bedroom with Living Room (Non-Smoking) was spacious and comfortable, making it a great choice for both short and extended stays. Same with the bathroom - spacious and very comfortable, well equipped, with all the necessary amenities. While the hotel is slightly dated—particularly the elevators—it remains functional and cozy. The main area for improvement is the breakfast. Dining area was crowded and noisy every morning. An American style hot breakfast still can't be compared to a hot European breakfast. The use of plastic cutlery and paper plates was surprising, the food selection was somewhat limited, with no fresh vegetables. The overall experience was positive, and we would defiantly stay here again when visiting Boynton Beach.

This property was perfect. The location is very good to visiting the beach, Delray and the surrounding areas. Restaurants are in walking distance which was nice after a long day of travel and running around during the day. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. Each member of the Hampton Inn team was positive and upbeat. They asked how you are doing and if there was anything they could do to make your stay better. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. I had two unique requests and each of them were granted which meant a lot to me. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay look no further. I cannot say enough good things about he staff at this location, superb!

The hotel room had a musty smell and appeared clean when we first walked in, but then discovered live roaches on the end table between the 2 beds and crawling around on the carpet. The gentleman at the front desk with one piece of his eyeglasses (the wing) missing could not have been nicer and this was at 3:00am on May 9th 2024. We were deplaned twice from Jet Blue in LaGuardia for mechanical issues, then it was cancelled, then sent to Newark where that plane was delayed. We arrived at the West Palm Beach Airport at 2:30 am. Paid $50 for a cab to take us to the Hampton Inn to discover all of this. He offered another room, but being New Yorkers, roaches rarely stay in 1 room. We took an Uber back to the airport because the car rental wasn't open until 5a.m. We had been up from 6am the previous day for a 10am flight out of LaGuardia and arrived at 2:30am. We searched for another hotel and was very lucky to get a room at the Marriott Town Suite a block away from the Hampton Inn and the Marriott was DIVINE! Smelled great, clean, great bed and no roaches. By the way, I picked up the mattress to see the underside at the Hampton Inn and it was badly stained. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
