1) Two days before check-in, we informed you that your flight would be late and you would check in at around 12 o'clock. The employee said that half an hour's notice would be sufficient to make a phone call in the evening. 2) About 40 minutes before departure from the Arrival Airport, I called and no one answered the phone. I finally found another phone number and told my colleagues to wait for us. 3) When I arrived at the hotel door, there was no one around. I saw the phone at the door and called to tell me that I had received the notice. Then I waited for about 25 minutes. It was windy, rainy and cold outside. 4) If you don’t know how the management manages its employees, you just have to muddle along. 5) The computer is placed at the front desk so high that no one can see it, and the employees are always checking the phone behind it. 6) This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in this group CLLIX. 7) I usually don’t bother with hotel sanitation after checking in, but on the day I checked in, it was no longer up to standard. I’m speechless. (The huge wardrobe only has 3 small clothes hangers, and the kitchen utensils are very few) 7) The female staff at the front desk is indifferent and is unwilling to help when a customer asks for help. This management is a big problem, I hope they face up to it
