酒店環境優美，這是唯一的優點。交通非常不便，到鎮上要走很遠，這裏沒有Uber, Taxi也很少。酒店的餐廳食物素質之差也是比較令人驚訝，我們在這裏吃到了最難吃的漢堡包。而且感覺bar and conservatory 的服務人員對黃種人有些歧視。 我們提前預訂了4個人的晚餐，準時到達，禮貌等待。當時餐廳幾乎還沒有客人，女服務員剛把我們帶到有沙發的桌子邊，男經理（可能是）馬上過來示意我們不能坐這裏（因為是六人位）我們表示理解，換到了他指的那個4人位。過了一會兒才發現，這個位置不僅小而且特別曬。 更過分的是，過了一會兒，來了一家也是4個人的客人，在還有其他4人位的情況下，他們被安排在了那個6個人的桌子。我們看到之後真的很氣憤。還有很離譜的事，在服務員給我上主菜時，他用勺子把汁澆到我的盤子裏，可是不小心滴到了我的褲子上。雖然聽到了我的驚呼，也看到我拿餐巾紙去擦褲子，那個服務員居然沒有道歉，甚至都沒停下舀湯汁的動作，澆完汁之後就準備走了。 我絕對不會再住這間酒店了。

酒店私密性好，房間很大，床很舒服，餐飲是2024米其林，早餐非常棒，熱餐是菜單點好再做的，每一個品種都擺盤精緻，味道極佳。尤其是麪包，都可以試試哦…（沒有電梯，有專人運送行李進房間）

在半山 環境很好 沒得説
但徒步至湖區要大半小時以上
沒那麼方便
開車會比較完美
沒空調 有風扇
可能平時温度不高不需要
但第一天太熱了
第二天下雨降温 就完全沒空調的事了
早餐很不錯
如果是我 就待在酒店附近 哪都不去 直接發呆
很爽 哈哈哈
