My stay at LaQuinta was unfortunately very disappointing due to the cleanliness and condition of the room. The sheets were worn, scratchy, and covered in fabric pills. The floor and bathroom were littered with hair, and the blanket and pillows were stained and clearly old. The shower was unusable due to how unclean it was, and to top it off, I found a cockroach on the floor in the morning. The one positive aspect of my stay was the staff—Antoine, in particular, was kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. He assisted with arranging shuttle service to and from the airport and provided excellent customer service. While I appreciated the staff’s effort, the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable.

We had an out of town wedding to attend. Originally we had a reservation at the Wyndham but they contacted me and asked if we could move to the sister hotel due to over booking. The room was so dirty and smelled gross. Mold all over the bathroom, broken AC unit that also was disgustingly dirty. Microwave and fridge were very dirty. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. We didn't have time to find another hotel as we had to basically go right to the wedding. We were on the first floor and had what looked like squatters outside our windows. The hotel next door had the front windows smashed out and was still open. The area its self didn't feel safe. The amount of mouse droppings all over this room is absolutely disgusting. This place shouldn't be open at all. I will be contacting the main company.

was safe and pleasant place to stay close place to get supper right next door motel and room very clean and comfortable. had small breakfast ready at 7 am and easy check in and check out . parking was free and close to room . close to Rute 90 which made it simple when getting back on road

**** smell in hallway, broken bathroom door lock, dirty towels, and door that wouldn't close properly! Only high point was the electric vehicle chargers but you should just park to charge and then stay at one of the other hotels next door. Worst of the la Quinta's we've stayed at.
