Take pictures of everything in the room when you check in! They will take your money for anything! After a very long drive dealing with a family emergency, I stopped on my way home for a place to sleep. I would've been better off sleeping in my car. I went in, passed out and left early the next morning. The room was unkept, there was water damage in the bathroom, the tub was not clean and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. After checkout I notice a $50 charge on my account, after making more than one call, I was told I was charged because the digital clock in the room was missing...WHAT?! As a 65 yo Platinum Wyndham Owner, they really think I stole a digital clock?! I was told the manager was on vacation until next week.. how convenient. I'll never stay at a Microtel again. I'll take my business to a competitor that would recognize the money I've spent with their company and not accuse me of theft.

We stayed one night at the hotel in Bowling Green, Ky. We had two rooms and were very happy with the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment that we had was the minimal breakfast that was offered. Other budget friendly places that we’ve stayed at offered a better breakfast.

The Rooms were so nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly! Will stay again. The Price was nice. The location was great too! Tons of restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. Overall experience was great. The only con was the street noise was a little loud but nothing I couldn’t deal with.

I travel a lot for my Job..and Microtel in Bowling Green is my Hotel stop..always CLEAN..the Price is AWESOME..Keep up the Wonderful Service..the ONLY thing is Breakfast needs more items..maybe hot Breakfast sandwich..eggs..Please not just PORK..
