Nice hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Night shift manger very nice day shift not as friendly. We did enjoy ourselves and the location was good. Would stay there again.

Great team! I had a hospital stay in BG, but decided to leave the 🏥 for a few days before a specialist came in from Nashville. Stayed 4nights, great beds, pool&jacuzzi were fantastic. The breakfast 🍳 🐖 🍞 was more than continental, it was really good. This is my second extended stay at this property and I'd refer anyone I know to come here. I'd say 3⭐hotel, it's lacking a restaurant, but breakfast is good and 3 restaurants and a Starbucks is across the street. Thanks, KC 👍

Hotel needs to have the repairs and upkeep taken care of Bathroom was clean in the main areas and dirty otherwise Hot tub had a weird smell. Didn’t stay in there very long. Needed a long shower afterwards.

as a disabled person who recently had open heart surgery. This was one of the most unhealthy experiences at a hotel I could’ve had. Though I reported it to the staff nothing was done, and no compensation was made to me.

Hotel was as advertised. No compliants. BREAKFAST COULD OF HAD BETTER OPTIONS. The room was clean and the internet was good. The parking lot was well lite and felt safe. The room was clean and quiet. We slept well.

From the moment we walked into this hotel, it says go somewhere else. We planned to stay here because it had a hot tub & pool. Even though they were full of water, both were closed for maintenance. Next, we went to get ice, and the ice maker was broken, too. On top of the microwave in our room was gross with dirt, the bathroom was dirty & there were spots on the ceiling & walls. Stay somewhere else!!

Desk personnel was unfriendly and not at all helpful. We were trying to do some laundry and did not have our door deadbolted as we were coming and going. At 10:00 at night someone keyed our door and walked in our room. Then after seeing who it was and upon checking our door our key wouldn't work at all. They had to give us new keys. Their excuse was that "someone must have had an old key." No, they rekeyed our room for another guest very obviously. Our a/c had absolutely no control. 72 setting was 58 when we entered the room. And it literally wouldn't adjust. The kicker ...the washer wouldn't finish the cycle and 4 hours later the dryer still hadn't dried anything. So we now have soaking wet clothes and a 58 degree room. Two other hotels right here. Stay elsewhere.

Carpets need cleaning/replacement badly. Walls very thin. Breakfast was nasty, hockey puck eggs and mystery meet sausage. Go to McDonalds across the road. Room was not cleaned after first night, we stayed for 3 nights.
