Easy access from I65, clean accommodations with great well lighted parking,, lots of good walking area for Fido and petrol options nearby.

We travel a lot…let me say the hospitality here was outstanding. Beginning with the warmest greeting from Cheryl at front desk offering freshly baked cookies and a refreshing fruit infused beverage to the breakfast staff and house keeping. There is ample parking, breakfast included runnjng 5:30-9:00 with eggs, toast, sausage, waffle maker, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, yogurt with all day coffee. Located right off I65 and Scottsville which has so many restaurants and shopping. This was a 1hr drive from BNA Airport. It was 15 mins from WKU and we have zero complaints. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms are spacious and the showers had lots of hot water with good pressure. Will definitely be back in the fall.

The beds were very comfortable! This is my second time staying at this location for a volleyball tournament and will be back next year! The staff is very nice and friendly. Convenient to various locations around Bowling Green, KY. They do need to work on their breakfast selection. There wasn't much there for us to eat. Advertise on their outdoor sign that they have hot breakfast, but not good at all. Only hot items were eggs that weren't good, sausage and a waffle maker. Need to add biscuits and gravy and more fruit options. We skipped the breakfast our second day, because it just wasn't good. I hate to say this, because everything else about our stay was wonderful!

I drove 6 hours to hotel and was exhausted. I left the hotel at 7 am to make sure I got to my 9am meeting in Nashville. After checking my statement from La Quinta I noticed I WAS CHARGED A $250 CLEANING FEE. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT AND THE Manager CLAIMED I SMOKED IN THER ROOM. PROBLEM IS I DONT SMOKE. I STAYED AT 4 HOTELS LAST WEEK AND WAS NOT CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN any ROOM BECAUSE I DONT SMOKE. I called the hotel 3x before a manager by the name of Evelyn called me back. When I spoke with her she was rude, said the hotel has no obligation to notify customers they are charging me an additional $250 due to smoking in the room. She told me she would send me videos of me leaving the hotel later but she couldn’t send them because I left at 7. I was stopped by a cop and have his information to verify but they don’t care. The manager hung up on me and told me this is how they work. Disgraceful. INTEND TO SUE AND WARN PEOPLE THIS HOTEL IS STEALING FROM YOU. WATCH YOUR BILL. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, I BOOKED THROUGH *********** AND THEY HAVE IGNORED MY PLEAS FOR ASSISTANCE. I HAVE GOTTEN NO REPLY FROM MY EMAIL ASKING WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY BILL. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY ARE not honest.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. At 5 am, apparently someone let their elephants out of the cage in the room above us. They were stomping so hard the ceiling was cracking. I waited until 6:00 am to call the front desk to ask for help so I could go back to sleep. The gentleman said he would "definitely look into it." Fast forward to 7 am, literally nonstop stomping and banging since, I call back and ask nicely to have it looked into, a young woman would just reply "Thank You". Still no remedy. I call back at 7:45 am and this time she just hung up on me when I asked for them to quieten them down. I've stayed many times during events and always had clogged some issue but never complained. The 2nd shift ladies were always nice. If you're an old car enthusiast and looking to book a room for one of the events, save your money and the headache and stay somewhere else.
