This budget motel lunches above its weight. It has a beautiful sea view and the breezes that go with that. It is clean, comfortable and the customer service is first class. Pet friendly, which is a real plus. Great place to stay. I will definitely be back.

Have stayed at this motel many times It is immaculate We ordered a meal this time and it was excellent Had the rump steak it was tender and cooked to our request and the apple pie with ice cream and cream is delicious This motel is a credit to them Good views Always greeted there with a nice welcome

My cousin and I stayed here with her sausage dog, Kada, on our way up to Townsville - I give this 5 stars for a number of reasons: the location was really convenient (right next to the Big Mango); the views were stunning; the little home comforts the motel offered were so thoughtful, andddddd there were other dogs there which made the atmosphere so enjoyable too. Well kept, very boutiquey, and definitely comfortable. The photos on the walls gave it just that little bit extra touch. Will definitely be back again :) Thank you!

Have stayed a couple of times while travelling through Bowen and always found this motel clean and comfortable. Great views and manicured lawn Very pleasant and helpful gentleman greeted us when we arrived Had the best warm apple pie and icecream delivered to our room. Yes there is traffic going past but it is the highway And it’s not really an inconvenience Will always be happy to stay at this motel

I can't fault this motel. Col and staff are so welcoming and friendly. I was very fortunate to get an early check in. The room is so clean and spacious and well equipped. Comfortable bed with lovely quality linen. Under cover car parking right at the door of my room. I travel with my little dog so always need pet friendly accommodation and this is one of the best. I'm so pleased that I found this motel with beautiful ocean view and large well manicured gardens and lawns. Thanks ever so much Col for your hospitality. I would definitely recommend this motel and would stay here anytime.

I think this motel represents good value for money. The room facilities were adequate and the room was clean enough. I knew the motel was right on the highway, so I expected some traffic noise. One thing I was disappointed in was the state of the pool, which seemingly has not been maintained in a while. It could do with a good clean, it's quite black and murky on the bottom and water was a little dirty. I would stay again if the pool was clean and maintained :-)

From the moment of arrival to check out this is a very well run motel with old fashioned service and family values. Thanks Col for a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and well supplied. Our evening meal of fish was exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble! Our dog had plenty of room in the pet contained area of our motel room. Plenty of walking tracks nearby as well.
