I recently stayed at this best facility and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was spotless and beautifully appointed.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was particularly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from my window was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance of relaxation and luxury.

The front desk service hours are very short, and they get off work at 6-7 o'clock. After staying for two days, I saw only one staff at the front desk, and they couldn't provide much assistance.
There is an extra fee for parking, 11 AUD per night, and the car has to go down to the basement to park. The operation of the car lift is very complicated, and even the locals don't understand it. Two people must operate it together to successfully park.
The first time I pressed the wrong button, I was warned by the front desk staff in an unfriendly tone. Yes, the parking lot problem was also solved by the front desk staff.
When we got to the room, the floor and carpet were very dirty. They had obviously not been cleaned. The child's feet had turned black after running around a few times. I was so scared that I didn't even dare to take off my shoes.
I rented a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, but the toilet tank in one of the bathrooms was filled with paper towels. I don’t know why, so the water couldn’t be flushed, which meant it couldn’t be used. I didn’t report it to the front desk because I had already gotten off work and couldn’t find it. use.
The price is not cheap for such an experience, definitely not recommended.

Everything you needbin a compact, but private space convenient to the hospital and walking distance from Bowen Hills train station from which the rest of the railway network is easily accessed.
On request, my check out time was pushed back an hour which made onward travel that little bit less inconvenient.
